Only place to work on my bike. Great work, service, and people

Rodney and his crew are top shelf. I rode up with an issue on my Harley and they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot, and that was with a shop full of motorcycles already under repair. If I need any accessories or mechanical work, Rodney's Cycle House will always be my first stop.

Rodney's has very good technical knowledge, they're a little backed up with work. Pricing I thought was a little expensive but most repair shops are that way.

I blew a rear tire on my Indian Roadmaster, traveling through Arkansas. I stopped at two other dealerships as well as a phone call to a third, which recommended Rodney's Cycle House. Two tires, an oil change and rear brake pads (while I waited) later.... I'm off to Texas! Thanks Guys!!!
I wrote a review May 21, 2020 an posted. I searched and couldn"t find it on June 3, 2023 and realized it has been removed. I located it in my emai and will post it again.PART 1Rodney's is apart of the problem we Black's face today... Remember...DO NOT SPEND MONEY WHERE YOU ARE NOT WANTED.I tend to take time to write reviews about places that I have visited. Well, here goes nothing...I was told that if I needed accessories for my bike, go to Rodney's. I was on the hunt for saddlebags and a gentleman shared that I should go to Rodney's. Friday, May 15, 2020 at 3:00P.M., I arrived with my wallet ready to buy ANYTHING. I was filled with enthusiasm at the site of accessories. There was a Caucasian man at the desk helping another Caucasian customer and two Caucasian workers, male and female talking to one another. I stood at the doorway for at least 15 seconds. And NO ONE SPOKE TO ME... They looked right at me and did not speak. So, I took a deep breath and walked to the left and proceeded to look at their acessories, in hopes that someone would acknowledge me soon. After all, I was a customer, right. A simple acknowledgement salutation of "be right there" would have been acceptable. Rodney's actually has three areas with several rows of different items that you can look at. I walked EVERY aisle. I looked at EVERY item in the store. Mind you, I was not in a rush, because I wanted to find something to buy. I was trying to give this service crew a chance to assist me. Well, I finished looking. I proceeded forward to walk by the cashier's counter. I stopped and stood there IN PLAIN SITE. Once again, looking at the two individuals still having conversation with each other in a different location of the office. The one shopper had left by this time, so that allowed the other individual free time to come and check on me... Right??? You would think so... Well, I walked back to the front door and I stood there. (A TOTAL OF SEVENTEEN MINUTES.) I took out my phone while standing at the doorway. I looked up Rodney's phone number. I called the number as I was standing inside the store. The phone rings and the man picks up the phone and says, "Hello! This is Rodney. How can I help you?" (THE OWNER!!!) I said, "This is Michelle O'Conner.I was just standing in your store looking right at you and you never spoke". Immediately, he says, "I saw you. I was helping a customer and the other two employees were engulfed in conversation with each other. But that doesn't tend to happen all the time." REALLY... (That doesn't tend to happen all the time with whom?) WOW!!!Rodney, just put up a sign and state your true message!Rodney went on to say, "When you come back, I promise that want happen again!" Come back!!!My question is...Why do so many individuals go there and know he is RACIST to buy from him. It's not like the location is easily accessible.Don't get me wrong, there are A LOT of RACIST establishments, however, they know how to act right in front of guests. That's important. People, you can't openly mistreat individuals and believe that's alright. I wish this wasn't an issue, yet this is life for a lot of people, including myself. I try to give establishments opportunity and a lot are on point and provide excellent service. Rodney's is just not one of them.Never will I go to this RACIST establishment called Rodney's Cycle House in Little Rock, Arkansas ever again.Michelle O'Conner
