We love the Cupcake Factory! They are located on West Kanis close to the end of Rahling Rd., on the edge of town, but worth the trip! There are always plenty of sweet treats to choose from for walk-in customers. Don't come before 11 am. They have lunches too.

I got a dozen cupcakes of various flavors last week for a friends birthday and WOW these cupcakes were a hit! All of them were so tasty, everyone loved them and kept asking where I got them from. 10/10 highly recommend for your cupcake needs

I usually just eat their cupcakes but have tried their cookies also and both are excellent. Just the right amount of icing and great cake. I even ordered a cake for a party and the flavor was wonderful and the decorations perfect

Way overpriced for what you get. Their delivery fee for a cake is outrageous as well and the cakes are just okay as far as taste goes. The service wasn't all that great either. Four women working the front and nobody seemed eager to help us. There are much better bakeries that are priced better in town.

Wow there cupcakes are delicious here! I went straight for the red velvet, caramel and double chocolate! My favorite hands down was the Carmel cupcake. The Carmel had a nice juicy center and the cupcake part was extra fluffy. Can't wait to come back and try their brownies and cookies.

This bakery used to have a good product. I try to support local businesses when feasible. I should have taken the fiasco regarding our wedding order last year as a sign to stay away. However, I stopped by to get an anniversary cake this time. I needed a small round cake to replicate our wedding cake topper. Simple white cake with buttercream frosting. Fairly simple for a professional bakery, right? Unfortunately not. Came in on a Thursday before 2pm, just needed the cake for pickup Saturday. I understand it was somewhat late notice, but was told Strawberry or chocolate were my only options on less than 72 hours notice. Spoke to my a wife after I coerced into ordering chocolate cake, and we decided to change to strawberry. Called back Friday morning and was told no changes or cancellations. Not wanting my wife to be disappointed, I called another bakery in town on Friday at noon. We got a much better (looking & tasting) cake that was a white cake 6 inch round on a day's less notice. To top it all off, I decided to go pick up the chocolate cake I had prepaid for since I couldn't change/cancel it and the experience was once again less than pleasant. I stood at the counter for no less than 5 minutes while two employees bickered about the proper way to sweep as they were preparing to close for the day. Once I announced myself and asked if someone would be able to help me pickup an order, I was given a half-hearted excuse of the door bell that announced a customer's presence was broken. Local business is the backbone of our economy and unfortunately, The Cupcake Factory no longer has my business and I definitely will not recommend to others.
