When I walked in, I stood there for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then when we sat down, got a glass of beer, when I went to lift it to take a sip, the cup fell apart. I had to get someone to come over, and then he just took the glass, and never returned. Then I had to ask, if we could get the table and chair cleaned off, I was told by the bartender that it was his section, but he would go get the waiter, then we waited another 10 minutes and still no service, so we walked out and went somewhere else, that had better service.

This was the WORST service I have ever received. They managed to make a table of 5 furious. First when asked how the checked were going to be split and we all said seperate we got a tisk tisk. It was a group of friends who were meeting for dinner. Then the girl who brought the food out not only said shush to us but told us to be quiet so she could drop off the food. This is a table of store managers who work in service. I was so appalled that I had to act up. I will never go back there. What a disgusting group of employees to act in such a way. Shame on them

Food and drinks were good and my hubby found the place thru Google search since we were from the West Coast. The presentation was good and prices were very reasonable. Although the tax on alcohol in AR is high! Pre-party with a DD is recommended in this state to avoid all those outrageous taxes. Anyway, had a neat kismet and met Terri in the restaurant and later ran into her, Natalie and Jason in the parking lot and had a great conversation and found out the girls went to high school with Sarah Huckabee. I let them know that I sent some $ from CA towards her campaign. We are glad we dined here not only for the good food & drinks, good service, and the opportunity to meet new people who live nearby. I recommend dining here! (I took a pic of Natalie, Terri and I in the parking lot, but no time to download....)

The staff is rude and has no courtesy. Pay hardly any attention to detail. We ate there multiple times every time service is the issue.

Please do not go to this location on a Sunday. It is definitely subpar compared to week days. The manager was not there yesterday. Our waiter I would give a c-. He wanted to argue when he made a mistake on a dinner. Plastic utensils were our "silverware". Not workable at all.... The real kicker was the gal who brings out the food. She got into the act of being super rude. Pretending to use sign language while talking to us. Making rude comments to the table behind us, regarding our party. When leaving we asked to speak with the manager, he was not there. BUT the hostess was the "manager" yesterday. When telling her our story of disappointment and very rude behavior on the part of the food server, she was very surprised. The food server is not supposed to interact with customers ever. We have never had such a BAD experience at this restaurant. OR such shocking and rude behavior. It's going to be a long while before we eat there before or after any UALR sporting events. This restaurant has lost our loyal business.

Their margaritas are "fire!" I wish there were one near me in LA! The food was pretty good. Had the Nachos Fajita. They were good except it wasn't enough cheese. Nachos are supposed to be cheesy.

Very disappointed in the service. After being served with my drink, no one came to take my order. However they continuous checked on other people that wasn't "Black". Very racist experience. I wouldn't recommend senor tequila on UNIVERSITY. They do not deserve a star.

Fantastic food and wonderful wait staff! Buckle up if you order a large beer, I think it’s half the keg. The California burrito was massive and delicious as well.

We eat there all the time and the service is never been bad till last night... It took 45 mins for the lady to come get our order then when it I needed an extra plate the lady that I asked told me to wait on my waitress so I had to get up and get it my self and then when it was time to go my wife asked for a bag to put our food in and the lady threw it on the table at her and was verrrry rude we will never eat there again
