We go to El Porton and Senor Tequila. Both are great. However I like Senior Tequila's quesadillas . They are awesome! See picture. Yum! We go there at lunch when the kids are at school. Relieves a lot of stress. ?
Senor Tequilas has always been my favorite Mexican restaurant. I love all of them, but several years ago when I worked in LR, we'd go for lunch on University and get the same waiter and he always remembered my menu exactly. Always a joy to go back!

This place fixed my attitude in the best way. If you're a nacho fan, don't pass by the shrimp fajita version. It's got just enough vegetables to convince yourself it's a salad despite its copious amount of melted cheese. I wasn't crazy about the classic margarita but as a new guest, I'm sure I just didn't check out the offerings well enough. They've got a long drink menu I'll have go explore!
The food was amazing and the piña colada was soooo yummy but I’m leaving this review because we left a cash tip for our server my husband marked a line through the tip when he paid using his card and the next morning my husband received the total update from the restaurant our server added in a 3$ tip which we were shocked by if the tip line has a straight line through it why would the server add her own tip in ? Definitely not coming back because of that if you go here just check your statement to make sure servers aren’t added in to the tips

We went to this Senor Tequila. Because my son loves this location & wanted to celebrate his birthday there. We had a wonderful server, Victoria! Although she had other tables, she would always check on our table of 6 with a smile! It was a great fellowship with great service and food as well.

A staff member dropped silverware on our infant. Outside of that, food was delicious. I had the Enchilada and Burrito, my partner had the chicken and steak fajitas. Enough for leftovers for sure. Don't need to order a double.My son ate all of his kids enchiladas, beans and rice.Sopapillas are served with ice cream, genius.Parking: Parking was tight, especially because so many back in... Do you realize people with kids can't get to the carseats? You're gonna get dented by a door...
I have ordered pickup from this location several times. It’s a favorite of ours.BUT THEY ARE SO STINGY WITH THEIR SALSA.I always order a large salsa in addition to our meals because it’s so good, but then they don’t give us the salsa that would come with the meals….like we wanted EXTRA salsa, not for you to get to cut cost and not give us what we would’ve gotten anyway. Rant over.#whysostingywiththesalsa
