Had the best experience today at this location. Billy was the employee I had the pleasure of interacting with and he was polite, upbeat and overall a joy to be around. Every restaurant needs to hire an employee like this - definitely a rare in today's industry. Food was hot, served as ordered and perfect. ? definitely will return to this location.

I went to the drive-thru, ordered a four-piece with fries, asked for blue cheese. Had to pull around and wait. The chicken was hot, I got ranch instead of blue cheese and the fries were cold.

I can't explain why but the drive through food I've gotten every other time far surpassed the dine in meal I purchased. The staff wasn't rude, just indifferent. But the dining area was impeccably clean.

The location on Cantrell Road is HORRIBLE. Rude staff, and inaccurate orders. We complained to get the order corrected, but the manager was very rude. The Chenal location is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and the orders are always correct.

Food is fine, but everything else is crap. The teenage staff doesn't give a damn about their job. We have ordered about 20 times from this restaurant, and the absolutely pathetic staff forgets something EVERY. SINGLE. DAMN. TIME!!! We asked for a refund once because they literally forgot 5 things--cashier told us "the machine wouldn't let her". Yeah, right The customer service is terrible and the staff are insanely rude. Food's fine, just the staff... I miss when there used to be a Shipley's here.
