I like Slim's, but this is the saddest excuse for a Slim's I've ever been to. I walked in and nobody was at the front desk. Everyone in the kitchen was crowded in a circle in the back just talking. I waited about 3 minutes for anyone to come from the back and take my order. The girl who took my order did not seem happy whatsoever, and when I went to pay, she told me she didn't know how to work the card reader. So she went back and about 3 minutes later emerged with someone who scanned my card. I then waited 35 minutes for my food, when she walked out and apologized and told me that they forgot about my order. I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE RESTAURANT. About 5 minutes I got my food and it was the skimpiest, most lukewarm Slim's I've ever had. You couldn't pay me money to return to this location.Parking: Very limited parking, hard to access, shared with other stores.

Waited in drive through for 10 minutes. No other car in line. Backed out and went inside - waited another 10 minutes. One other customer in the restaurant. Neither one of us received service or acknowledgement. Left. 20 minutes - no service. One other customer.

I ordered the 8 piece wing meal. They gave me FIVE (5!) wings, and it was almost $15, so about 3 dollars per wing! Complete rip off and waste of money. Horrible service.
This slims is by far the worst I have ever been to in my entire life. I will purposely drive out of my way to go a different location before I will eat here. On more than one occasion I have ordered a large half sweet half unsweet tea, paid for it, and then was told after my food was given to me that they do not have unsweet tea or tea at all. If you do not have tea or a specific drink made then you need to have a sign on the drive through window that says you are out. There is so much more I could say, but there is not enough room in this review to list the amount of times my order has been wrong or they've failed to give me napkins or a straw. Without fail I have to get out and go inside to get my order fixed after going through the drive through. Do not go to this slims! I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point it is doing them a disservice not to report the horrible service that is displayed at this slims. Someone has to speak up or this will continue to happen.

I use to love this place but unfortunately it is going downhill. I never seem to get my right or full order. The food is cold, they always forget the dipping sauces, and keep giving unsweet tea when I wanted sweet. I ordered my son a grilled tender meal with a side of Mac and cheese. They only gave me the side. I ordered some wings and fried tenders with ranch with fried mushrooms. They gave me sauce covered tenders and cold fries. Extremely disappointed.
