I go to Starbucks EVERY DAY and was coming to this location daily until the barista started making my drink wrong every time, I just visited this location on a whim as I was in the way to work and what do you know wrong ONCE AGAIN!!!!how are these baristas not well trained and I’m paying for my drink????!I want it right every single time!!! This is outrageous I’m calling corporate on this store cus someone has to be dropping the ball
Always have great, fast service here, Cat is the sweetest! My only complaint is that since this is the only Starbucks location downtown, they run out of food pretty quickly but that's not something I can really blame them for.

6 years ago I was over this location. Pot holes in the drive thru, locks on bathroom doors. It’s gotten so much better here in 2023. Way better manager, happier baristas, better service, locks are off bathroom doors. The place got cleaned up. Drinks online always ready when I get there. So I’ll turn my previous 2 Stars to 4 for making the improvements needed

Typical Starbucks, but the employees are more friendly than other locations. Kudos to the management for hiring capable people. Enjoyed hearing Christmas music during the visit in December 2023. Parking can be difficult at busy times. Decorative rock landscape needs help - please look at the foot traffic and add some walking path provisions.

We came in looking for something in specific. They didn't have it. The employees were polite and accommodating.
For Starbucks, its OK. The drive thru can get super busy in the mornings during the week. The coffee itself was not so great but the sausage egg and cheese sandwhich was ok (real and impossible were both good). The service was very good, though.

Poochie approves! My sweet floof *screams* for Starbucks. I always feel sorry for the human on the other side of the speaker, but they're always happy to give pup cups to @lapochkapomsky and to greet him too. I love it when we drive up to the window and hear, "I know you!" - in reference to the dog. ?In addition to delicious pup cups, I'm loving the human Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte.Thanks for a great experience!Vegetarian options: I often enjoy Spinach Feta Wraps, Egg White Bites, or Impossible Breakfast Sandwiches as some of the best available drive-thru vegetarian food options!

I generally don't leave reviews, but what I experienced today is worth mentioning. Mark was working the counter (and I think also helping take drive thru orders). While helping me, before my transaction was finished, an older customer came in and started telling him that she just received her drink in the drive thru and just could NOT drink it. So, while attempting to finish checking me out, he asked her what was wrong with it. She stated it had sugar free vanilla syrup which makes her DEATHLY ill. He told her as soon as he was done with me, he would gladly remake it and give her a refund. Sightly exasperated, she said she didn't want a refund, just the drink. Obviously, she was stressed out about something and wasn't exactly short with him, but also wasn't entirely gracious. He remained polite and smiled throughout the interaction. This is becoming a rarity to see, especially in the faster paced food/drink industry and he deserves to be recognized.
