I waited over 30 mins for a pick up drink from Starbucks after u arrived. Never received the drink ended up canceling due to waiting for so long. I could of went to a freestanding store and received my drink.

sadly I have to put 1 star to leave my review, I walk in to the store at 8:15 and the employee said what can she help us on and we started to ordering our 3 venti frap and and a pink drink after we told her our order she told us we couldn’t make the drinks because the equipment has been washed we asked what time they close and she said 9pm but she had to leave the store 9:15 she still had one WHOLE hour before she can close we went to ask the coworker and they said she could at least make my pink drink and she was going to get the manager then manager said the same thing that the lady said she can’t make our drinks because the close to closing hours now why this company pays ppl for not doing there job

Staff isn’t focused and rude. I have gone here multiple times and the experience keeps getting worse. First time, I was told nothing was in stock and they couldn’t make anything. 2nd time they forgot to make my drink since they were talking to other workers about personal stuff….finally got it 15 min later. 3rd time blonde hair lady was rude and not friendly at all. She took my order and rushed everything then asked me again what I ordered. She’s attended me each time and never smiling just rude.

I went to Starbucks on 3/6/21 @ 8:15 PM I was shopping at Target and decided to go for a Coffee . My child is a minor . And the lady at Starbucks refused to assist her. She said that she couldn’t help her because she didn’t have a mask . So my daughter got her mask. She then went and stood in line again, and the Barista once again refused to assist . We were wanting to get 3 caramel frappes and 3 cake pops. She said there was no whip cream , there was no caramel , and no cake pops. She then went to say that she couldn’t make me anything because she didn’t have anything in store anymore. That’s really unprofessional because I get Starbucks every other day , I’m a regular customer and we have never been treated this way . I felt discriminated because of my color, and that is unacceptable.
