If you’re going to charge $14-$20 just for A sandwich give me my money worth! Stopped to get dinner tonight, the guy put hardly any meat on A 12 inch. Burnt the cheese and bread, Put my cookies close to the floor looking for something to put them in. Started on another sandwich all bread no meat! I could tell he was rushing wanting to go home! Don’t rip me off in the process! I walked out! We’re all trying to survive, treat people how u want to be treated!!

DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIMEOk I ordered a steak sandwich they put me down for double meat when I didn’t ask for it and when I told them I didn’t order double meat they denied it and said this is how we do it never coming here again and they will screw you don’t waist you time with them

Horrible experience. The owners are SO CHEAP. They won't honor coupons correctly. They will Only make 4 types of sandwiches if you have a coupon. (Basic sandwiches too). And if you don't have a coupon. Be prepared to pay more than the average price of other locations. I will NEVER go to that location

So my fiancé and I came to this store with a buy one footlong get one free coupon. At checkout we were told that the coupon excluded any “new/special” subs. This exclusion is stated nowhere on the coupon upon further inspection. I proceeded to ask her if she knew something I did not, told her that the exclusion is not stated on the coupon, let the cashier read the fine print of the coupon, and then proceeded to ask us if there was anything else we needed. She read the fine print, saw it didn’t have the exclusion, and still didn’t allow us to use it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Stay away from Mavericks....There's a reason why this place and other independently owned SUBWAY® s have such negative reviews...... I'm one of the main reasons is customer quality.... Typically I stay away from foreign owned franchises like this one, but the typical subway that I go to. I got shut down that day due to the system going down..... and this was the closest one... one of my main beefs with this place, and it has been one of the biggest beef I've had with this type of store... is their adamant refusal to honor corporate coupons... subway corporate office does that as a way to direct business to the franchise get people off the fast food kick..... but when the company from the top sends out coupons... and you think you don't have to honor them because you're independently owned then, as far as I'm concerned in corporate needs to yank your franchise label.... You shouldn't be doing business under subway. And flipping the middle finger to corporate and alienating it's customer base..... because at the end of the day all people will see subway long after you sell the franchise......... don't sit around here if I bring in a two for $13 coupon and then try to offer me only the bare subs that I can only get for 2 to 13 normally... the coupon dictates what the coupon applies to and what you cannot getalso, this is one of these businesses that always monitors food cost so don't expect bang for your buck with they make you a sandwich .... expect them to give you the absolute bare minimum.... In these inflationary times nobody is going to pay $10-$15 for a sandwich and get the bare minimum ingredients on them.... There's a difference between being business savvy and being predatory.... Especially when you can go to other diners facilities nearby and literally get a whole meal for the same price You do better going to the Markham store where they don't have these type of restrictions. Avoid this place at all costs.

Wish they had gluten free bread. Salads are awesome, but overpriced to the level of a dine in.Protein bowls also seem to be lacking. I don't know why I pay more for the same thing with less = bread.Fix your algorithm. It sucks.
