this truly is just sad and I’m not even sure a good enough excuse for something like this! I did an online order on the app and this is what my sandwich was when I received it. Unfortunately I didn’t find this out until I was already back at work and I didn’t have time to go back but I just don’t feel like this can be ignored.

Asked for toasted sandwiches, but the cheese was not melted at all and the meat was cold. Service is sub par. Not sure why the owners/management dont understand from all the other reviews that customer service + consistency = $$$$. I would rather drive to firehouse subs than to visit again.

I liked this Subway at first, I could get past that the workers are not the friendliest. They aren't mean or rude, but they don't make you feel welcomed. My issue is that every time I order a sandwich, I ask for it to be toasted twice. On only one occasion did my sandwich actually come out hot and not cold in the middle. After about the 5th time of asking for my sandwich double toasted, and receiving a sandwich with COLD meat in the middle, I have decided to no longer come here.

The guy that made our sandwiches was very kind and a good listener. Made our sandwiches the right way. Wasn't busy and they had a drive thru which that's a first time seeing that. The place was clean.

Do not order through the app here. Wish I had read the reviews. They "couldn't find my online order" & promised to cancel it when it came in if I wanted to order at the drive thru. Placed the new order & the online order miraculously came though right after paying for the new order. Long story short I paid for 2 orders & only received 1. They never cancelled the online order. This place is a total ripoff.

Have given this place a try several times despite the low reviews and have to say I do not share those opinions! Woman making the sandwiches is always friendly, quick, and she's even given us free cookies just because she could. Restaurant is also clean and inviting.

Total rip-off!! Drove thru today and ordered meal (6” sandwich, small drink & chips) with $6.49 coupon I had in hand which said it was good until 11/2/22. Was told their system would not accept coupon and I was made to pay $10.62. I asked who I could speak to about situation and was told “I don’t know”. Asked for corporate number and was told “I don’t know”. Asked what I was supposed to do about false advertising and was again told “I don’t know”. I assume they had not programmed their system for the discount code. Nonetheless not my fault and I feel I should have received apology or discount on future purchase. Would not have placed this order had I known coupon not valid in advance. Beware!!!!

This place is a ripoff they berly put any meat on the sub and skimp on the topings too the thinnest sub I have ever had at a subway. Will not be back.
