Came through drive through the other night around 8 pm. Was told to wait before we could place order. Was waiting for about 20 minutes and finally just pulled forward. The person running drive through was rude and hard to understand on the intercom. Told us she said to wait a minute we explained we waited. We left without making order and won't be coming back again.

This store closes multiple times a night to "thaw protiens" the girl on intercom says. 3-4 nights a week it's always the same excuse. Even during the day the staff are rude and the food looks like its prepared by toddlers. The people there do not deserve the jobs they work. Taco Bell should hire people who want to work and not just motion you away because they're having a chat session instead of working. It's a constant thing at this store. I live right by it so always there and finally tired of the trashy workers. Will never go back.

I absolutely love my Taco Bell. I remember my first job with taco. Bell and without being said, I just was so disrespected. And the most condescending way with the young lady's attitude. It wasn't the best, but she could have done better than what she did do. And for the one that knows who I'm talking about. She brought shall service down to a miserable one.

When I got to pick up the window, I noticed that the bag only had three small items when there should have been eight. So I asked the young woman what should have been included in my order, to which she replied with a snarky attitude: "What's on your receipt is what you got." Really?! So I had to tell her that there was NOT enough food in the bag. So she called the manager and another coworker to the window and then asked me to give them the bag of food (which I did). Then they all huddled together and began taking my food out of the bag (at the window) and opening the wrappers with unloved hands! Them they handed me back the bags (the first bag and the missing food bag) and I began to look through my order. As I did that, the coworker to the first lady said that everything was there because they went through it (that's an understatement) and that if I find that anything is wrong or missing I can just get back in line again. And as I was replying "no, I'd rather check it now" she slammed the window door on me and locked it. She barely let me get the word "no" out of my mouth before slamming the window. And why did she lock it? I assume it was her way of letting me know she was refusing to communicate with me further. Regardless, it was my turn at the window, and they had already gotten my order wrong, so I don't feel that it was unreasonable for me to want to check my order. And I don't feel I should have to get out of line and come back if they got my order wrong. It was late, the line was moving slowly, like usual, and it is not my responsibility to help them play games with the drive through wait times. You know the game where they take your order, have you go to the window to pay, then have you drive forward or drive around to the front and wait at least 10 more minutes (no exaggeration) for your food. Also, they were supposed to separate one combo with sour ream from the order without sour cream. This is where the confusion at the window began, I think. Well, they mixed the two together but told me one bag was the no sour cream bag, so I ate the wrong combo because I had never ordered this combo before and didn't know which items had sour cream and which didn't. Then my son got the sour cream items and didn't want to eat his because he hates sour cream. This totally ruined the whole $20 dinner for us both.As for the order, I feel I should mention that the Enchilada Burrito was virtually empty. It was like eating a dry, cold, rolled up, flour tortilla. It was horrible. I choked it down only because I hadn't eaten in about ten hours. The other food was okay, except for the tortilla chips which were spilled out in one bag. If they would have separated the combos as they should have, then spilled chips wouldn't have been an issue.Given the poor customer service and poor food, I have to give this visit one star!

Slow with extremely rude staff. No one goes and gets fast food to sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes instead of getting their food. Update: Finally got my food. Half the order was wrong after waiting all that

Had a delivery order and didn't receive half of my order.i ordered 3 customized build your own cravings box and when it was delivered I told the driver who does get 5 stars that I don't think that this was all of my order and I did what he suggested call Taco Bell if it's not all there. I understand maybe a missing item can happen but throw items in a bag to fill an order and get it out the door that's what it looked like happened. The driver was fast friendly and courteous he had nothing to do with this .. Taco Bell you need to double check your deliveries before sending them out.....and slow down to completely mess up an entire order is ridiculous, even the drinks was wrong.

If I could give a negative review, I would. I had junk floating around in my tea and it was so sweet that I couldn’t even drink it. This was twice as sweet as McDonald’s tea and the quality of service was some of the poorest I’ve ever come across blank stairs on peoples facesand would not even say a word to me as a

I had ordered a few newer items that I hadn't tried before but adjusted them to not have lettuce or onion on them. And, what happens? Lettuce and Onion on the meal. They don't really seem to read the order. Otherwise, the folks are friendly and the drive-thru was fairly fast.

This Taco Bell is not great. The food tastes old, and the people in there have an attitude. I will not be back. My money spends everywhere.
