If you are not sure what all the hype is about, just go. We had a blast! A group of 7 of us spent 2 hours here on a Monday night and it went by so fast! The environment is very laid back,. It doesn't matter if you play golf, the games make it easy and fun to just have fun or even take a competitive approach if you are like me and hate to loose. Go have fun!

They told me false wait times upon arriving(1.5 hours turned into 3.5) and then I somehow was removed from the waitlist and had to re-enter.

I have been a couple of times and received different experiences. Over all it is good and the food is above average. It may take a while for it to come out so be sure to order early. Very fun experience with different seating options at some lanes. The heaters make it very comfortable even in winter.

If you can get past the arrogant front desk staff. I would recommend our waitress was good food was ok. However front desk staff was arrogant and not helpful. We almost left before it even started.

Not at all set up for large groups. No where near enough tables to eat your food. Be prepared to sit on the floor and lean against the glass to eat.
What an amazing experience! This was our first time at this location and the staff was amazing. Very attentive and quick with our water refills. They were very patient with us since we were a large party and we needed to translate the orders. Everything came out perfect no issues with the food or drinks. We did go on a sunday and they were very busy. Unfortunately they didn’t have any left handed clubs for me but they made sure to come let me know every 15-20 minutes that they were still waiting for some to become available. We ordered the Nacho Average Nachos (which are labeled vegetarian) and added steak to ours, cheese fries (which are also labeled vegetarian), 2 All American Burgers and added bacon and a fried egg to both, and a Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Will definitely be going back with the family soon! Had an amazing time!Vegetarian options: Nachos, Hummus, Pretzel Bites, Queso Blanco & Chips, Margherita Flatbread, Cheese Fries, Grilled Cheese, and a few more options.Dietary restrictions: Many vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. All clearly labeled throughout the menu.Parking: A lot of open spots. Large parking lot.

Both times I’ve been here I have had terrible service. The waitresses are either lazy or rude and come across like they’re trying to act tough. The waitress with the short blonde hair that we had tonight started our night off with attitude and couldn’t take accountability or even have the slightest bit of empathy for anything that went wrong. Anytime we asked for condiments, more to drink, an update on the food, she responded with “I’m not allowed in the kitchen.” ??? She didn’t care to check on anything for us. When everyone in my party’s food arrived mine was not there. After asking several times about my food an hour later we were told that what I had ordered was unavailable. The manager insisted that she had come by and told our table this information earlier in the evening. However, this was not the case. I waited a total of 2 hours for my food to be brought out right as our game ended. Our waitress avoided our table for an hour after realizing that she hadn’t informed us that they were out of what I ordered. She was then running around to all of her other bays wiping tears off of her face and looking at our table like we had done something to her and it was obvious that she enjoyed the attention she was getting from those who were asking her what was wrong. It was truly embarrassing behavior. The worst service I have ever had. The waitresses at this location need to be re-evaluated. Any waitress that can’t be the slightest bit helpful should not be employed. The attitudes I’ve witnessed here are ridiculous.

I want to say to management that We have not been that impressed at all with the service and staff. A few of the staff are very helpful but for the most part they are not. Maybe some more training or upgrades in some of the staff and it would be a great experience. I'm not a complainer but compared to other Topgolf venues I've visited I would have to say this is the worst one so far. Sorry. It could be better. I love the place though and will still be visiting.

Came here for a birthday party and had a blast! We brought a homemade cake from home but had to take it back to the car because it was not store bought. Also if you are a true vegan there is hardly any appealing food options.Vegetarian options: Not much options if you have a gluten or dairy allergy
