They really need to call this a lettuce bowl, it’s 98% lettuce, and 2% everything else. Lettuce itself is old? this is supposed to be a “jerk chicken bowl” Last time at a tropical smoothie

Drive thru service was perfect and very helpful and fast I love their new bowels and two workers was very helpful towards me and respectful made me happy and comfortable coming here getting my food and smoothies what a wonderful taste I will be back soon. I love the positive

Online order for a Açaí Berry SmoothieWhen I got home it tasted like alcohol. Fruit has it starts to ferment (going bad) can give off that taste and smell. It can also cause salmonella. I called the store to inform them of this and the young girl lied about being a store manager and simply said ok. I asked if they are going to issue me a refund and her response was to call back and speak to the manager. She had just told me she was a manager. Never going back.

Lights are flickering. Employees have their drive through headphone over one ear and an earbud for their phones in the other ear. The young woman I tried to speak to didn't hear me because of this. I finally did get her attention and she doesn't seem like she was trained to be attentive and helpful. I asked if something was dairy free and she said she didn't know. I had to push and ask for her to figure out. She didn't quite know how to check and I suggested looking on the container in the back. The smoothies were lacking in flavor also. Overall the business is a nice idea but this place needs work.

Unacceptable customer service! Waited 15 mins for food and I was the only one there. 4 staff were there! 2 on the cell phone texting in the food area. One can’t take orders bc he is laughing!!! Then wait 15 mins for burnt food!! Smoothies were given early so they melted while I was waiting on the food!!! Horrible experience!!!!

I don't remember the last time I was at a Tropical Smoothie, but this was definitely my first visit to the Chenal Tropical Smoothie. I went for the usual, a sunrise sunset, while one of the group got a mocha Madness with strawberry added. The other smoothie was an avocalado, with extra lime. Each of the drinks were very good, so it will probably be worth the trip back to try something else different. Except, of course I will still get a sunrise sunset.

I'm very upset with this location!!!!!!! According to there website and on Google they close at 9pm. I arrived at 8:54pm. There was a lady in there cleaning as well as her young child in there. The lady looked at me from inside while I was in my car at drive thru and she said nothing!!! This happened on May 22, 2023. Management please check your workers. I was there 8:54pm refused to serve me. There was no sgn posted if they closing early. It was just her and her son in there. I'm beyond frustrated. Please address this as I always come to this location. The lady who worked there needs to understand you don't close the store early. Unprofessional!!!

Never make my food right !! And I wait forever and my food still isn't fresh or just not even made right like for example I get the buffalo chicken wrap...it almost never have the right sauces on it no buffalo sauce or ranch ! I go here often because it's close to me but I'm about to just drive somewhere else ! It's a waste of your money

Drive thru very slow. Four people gathered at window talking to each other just hanging out while I waited for the smoothie they forgot to make while they fixed my food. The smoothie had chunks of ice in it and the peanut butter wrap had a lot of what looked like powdered peanut butter or something in it. I drank the smoothie but the wrap was inedible. I have had the wrap several times at other Tropical Smoothies and this one was not made correctly.
