Routinely out of plant-based protein. Manager doesn’t pay attention to stick levels. Employees blame manager and are ambivalent. Please remove from option on menu if you aren’t going to support the plant-based option.This is the fourth time in 30 days they are out. I wouldn’t be so particular, but tropical smoothie charges a premium for the meals, so we should get what we order. Worst one ever!! I love TS but this one is so disorganized. TWICE I’ve sat waiting on my order to be ready, only to find out it was sitting there in front of her the whole time! Twice, same girl both times. Drive thru is just as bad, it takes FOREVER just to get a smoothie bc they’ll let a car sit at the window for 15 minutes waiting on food, instead of parking them and moving onto the next order.

Compared to other local locations this one is pretty good I won't lie. It suffers from the typical tropical smoothies issues such as long wait times(which isn't exactly a con because the type of food you are getting takes time to prepare) and the biggest one, changing prices. I have no idea why the price of the order I get every single times fluctuates in price ? Really weird.
