Today I had the Dave's double combo along with some nuggets. Everything was pretty good. The patties were a bit bland but otherwise they were fine. The service was slow before I got to order but I did get my food quickly after ordering.

Place a mobile app order, so it’s Saturday I know it can get busy. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes before arriving, I get at the counter 2 female staff was standing there. So one was purchasing some sugar cookie or should I say a sugar cookie, Couldn’t get our bank app to work. The other Female staff decided she would pay for that cookie, All of 10 minutes of me, standing there the female staff act As if she was lost, Confused, and unprofessional, then had the audacity to ask me are you ready to order now? Really !!!!!! I told her I had a mobile order for pick up, The order was processed. It took out all of three minutes to try to find the order in the system. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me they have no control and when they put the orders in I didn’t want the order cause I have to wait on it, But I went ahead and waited and accept the orders because that’s what my girls wanted to eat at that particular time. I get the orders we make it home and lo and behold they left the burger out of the order so I proceeded to call back to the restaurant. It took four times for me to call before I actually got in contact with the manager. Stated to the manager that I was not coming back up there but you all screwed. My order up. Had me waiting for order that should have been already ready for me. I proceeded to tell him that I will make it a point to speak with the general manager corporate to find out. What can they do to fix this problem he proceeded to tell me if some mobile order, they don’t fix the order until you are in the building standing in front of the counter.. so I asked him what is the point of doing a mobile order if I have to be in the building that is something that you need to bring up to your district manager general manager corporate manager this is the issue that’s creating a lot of problems as I read the reviews I see I’m not the only one that’s having these issues if Wendy can’t fix the problem, then I’ll take my business somewhere else. If any of the managers from Wendy’s, leaving corporate will like to reach out to me and speak with me directly. I’m willing to meet with them at their location stores, and for my opinion

Came this location and did a mobile order for dine in. And upon arrival the lobby was closed for no reason, wait was extremely long in the drive thru to try to get my food. And when I got to the window the manager was extremely rude and had apparently lost track of my order, they shorted me in the amount of nuggets I ordered, not to mention did not include everything with the salad and tried to up charge me for a cup of water when it already spent $20 on food. Makes no sense. Won't be back to this location again. Def worst Wendy's location

I ordered at the box. She repeated my order to me . I got to the first pay window he asked me what I had . I told him . He left went and for a woman she repeated my order. I said yes and paid . Get to the second window they hand me a receipt and my order wrong ….how !!!!!!!!

I ordered the grilled chicken ranch wrap combo. Only the fries I would recommend. The staff had ATTITUDE. Will not return even though it would be convenient since this location is close to where I work.

I work here and have been for the past 4 weeks. The problem with the Long wait is that we’re often understaffed. Most often new recruits are in Highscool, which leaves us in a difficult spot. On top of that we’re on a very busy street, we’re often on a none stop rush. Back window which where I’ve been working the most is finally open since there’s enough people for now.
