The front counter worker was very rude. As I was standing at the counter waiting patiently for her to acknowledge my presence, she looked at me and said in an annoyed tone, *i will be with you in a moment!" Then when she walked over to the register, i assumed she was ready, i started to speak, and she snapped at me " i ain't ready yet!" I said "ok". A few seconds later she says "now, what are you trying to get!?" Very hostlie worker. I hope someone calls her out on her treatment of customers. Being a professional, and representing my company, I did not feel it would have been in my best interest to tell her she had a bad attitude as I would not want my employer to receive backlash for any comments that I made to her. She just came across very disrespectful. It was uncalled for. I thanked her anyway, as that was the high ground I try to always take.

Not acknowledged when entering. Waited in line for a while, 5 min. The one person working only helped one person. The five people in front of me had not placed their orders. I left without ordering.

Best wendys in arkansas! Great staff. Whenever I'm working on this side of town I come here. Food is always hot and fresh. Shout out to Dominique and Jordan. Every time they see me walk in the door they already know what I want and have it ready asap, sometimes before i finsh placing the order and paying. Other wendys as well as other fast food joints need to use this one as an example of how to do it right.

I see a lot of 1 star reviews. Not a surprise, welcome to little rock where the labor pool would rather watch the clock and smoke pot rather than actually do a good job. Learning how to give excellent service in a restaurant is actually dress rehearsal for bigger things in life. If one can't even perform at a burger joint, then it's a no brainier they won't go far. When they wake up at 40 and realize they are a failure, they will inevitably blame it on everything and everyone but themselves.
