The lady from Texas that works The front counter on Wednesday 03-26-2024 around lunch time she was such a wonderful lady she was very nice and welcoming she was Cleaning the front tables and she is a good example of what all businesses need to have working for them me and my mother had a great time at this Wendy's and it's probably the cleanest one in the state of Arkansas and the food was cooked great hot and fresh good job to the back kitchen workers fast service for a on line order definitely will be back to Cantrell Rd. This is the absolute worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to....I've visited 3 times with a mobil order and each time the food has not been ready (after placing the order 30 minutes earlier). In addition the food has been cold.

I was able to sit in here in peace and study and write poetry. I cannot say the same about the tropical smoothie next-door where I feel like a criminal sitting there for hours studying. Also I am in love with the fireplaces in all tye Wendy's.

Morning manager Sylvia had a bad attitude while on speaker she told another worker to take my order before I get on her nerves, when I only called and ask if they were open a cause no lights were on inside lobby or outside.

Slowest Wendy's you'll ever go to. Some of the staff are very friendly, and at least my order comes out right. But man it is hard to come here on your lunch break. You'll end up late back to work if you try to come here on your lunch.

Absolutely will not recommend this Wendy's. Several of the employees hadn't shown up so there were two employees doing everything. It took 25 minutes to get our meals. The soft drink machine was out of ice. My daughter's drink tasted off.... the fries that came with her 4 for $4 meal were burnt and horrible. They need to get their ducks in a row ....????

Absolutely the slowest Wendy's. 23 min in line, with 2 cars ahead of me and 6 min at the window before they even acknowledged me to take the order. Do not go here if you're in a hurry. You will for sure be late.
This is the worst Wendys that i have ever been to. The slowest drive thru lane. there were only 2 cars ahead of me and it took me almost 20 minutes to get to the window and then i had to give them my order AGAIN! Will never go back!
