Pizza Hut now requires you to answer the phone for delivery. Total irresponsibility on their part. They said I did not answer my phone. Really. I ordered and it is Pizza Huts responsibility to deliver. The manager blamed me for not answering the phone. She said these CHILDREN did not know directions. She said they did not have them. I said I provided them in the online delivery order. Again she said the driver did not have them. I guess I needed to talk to the driver and order. Dumbing down of America folks. Blame me because I ordered online and provided all the info they needed. and they cannot deliver. Even the delivery instructions. Pizza Hut delivery is a joke.

If I could give this place a zero I would! The food was delivered not even warm and looked thrown together. I ordered 3 separate orders of cheese sticks, but two were put together in a box. The marinara sauces were watered down and tasted gross. I paid for 5 ranch dips which I did not receive. No one was even considerate enough to check to see if the order was correct! After all this, I gave the delivery driver a 10 dollar tip and they had the nerve to charge a $3.99 service fee! Please do better! Before you deliver our food please be considerate enough to make sure it's correct that is all I ask! My coworkers and I will no longer spend our hard earned money ordering food from this location again. Thanks for ruining our night!

Will never order here again. We have waited for our order for TWO HOURS and being put through the ringer trying to get a refund. Poor customer service. I'd highly suggest going elsewhere. They obviously don't care to do their job in a timely manner and don't care to satisfy their employees. I tried being responsible, but ordering at 6:00pm and still waiting for my food at 8:30pm is ridiculous.

Was looking for a quick lunch so I ordered a personal pan pizza online. I'm very disappointed in the presentation. The crust is the best part & why does mine look like it was on fire ?

Whoever made David a manager clearly doesn't care about customer service. He is rude and impolite. He's probably the same manager that was illiterate and messed up my pizza last time. I'm getting this remake and I will never return. I hope they shut the store down n he loses his job soon. Update: I call back to get the number in which I just had to call to place a order n once again this raggedy negro was rude as hell. BUT Ms. Linda was amazing she explained that they have crew that follow behind David's bad example and that they were short staffed. I was very polite and I felt for her. She is what good customer service is all about

I just had to write a review about the pizza that I received from this Pizza Hut this evening, carry out. It was the best Pizza that I have ever gotten from this Pizza Hut. In fact, it was cooked perfectly! Quite different from the last Pizza that I received from this location. The last pizza I got from this location was one of the worst pizza's I had ever gotten, over cooked and hard as concrete. This pizza this evening was hot, juicy, and like I said just perfect. I just had to write a review because it was so good. I did not recognize the people working in there to be the same crew as before, so maybe that had something to do with it. Good job!

Please if you plan on ordering delivery from this location, go with Domino's instead. I ordered delivery from here one night, one of their box dinner deals with the wings. The delivery had arrived, I look in the box and there is no wings. So I call the store and they tell me that they don't have anymore of the wings that I ordered. So why not call and tell me that or ask to substitute something else for the wings? And the manager was overall rude and dismissive. Won't be orderingfrom here again and I suggest to anyone else to choose Domino's over these guys.

This is BY FAR the WORST customer service from the employee and the MANAGER! We placed our order at 6:03 was was told it would be done in 15 minutes so we get to Pizza Hut and tell them the name on the order and they told us it would be another 15 minutes because ours got skipped... so we asked if we could get cheesy bread the employee said no it would not be free so we asked to speak to the manager and he told us he wouldn't give us free cheesy bread and that it wouldn't be done in 20 minutes anyways... the WORST customer experience and a HORRIBLE manager! We ended up waiting 45 minutes and didn't even get an apology!

Been craving a calzone till I received two that were pretty empty bread and 2.5 pepperoni in each half. Not what’s pictured online at all!! Also had to ask for half of my order that was missing. Smh.
