This place has very poor customer service and the food reflects just that!!!… I don’t even eat meat so I get my fries and my daughters and mine were cold…however I tried to check them before I was rudely ushered away from the window!! Then not to mention the egg rolls they was not cooked properly.. (under cooked) threw them out!! the cashier had the nerve to give me ranch with the eggs rolls… when the sign clearly said they come with sweet and spicy sauce… so I get out the car go in only to be told they were out of the sauce!!!..ma’am you should have told me that upon ordering!!! Terrible I hate it here!!! Trash service!!!all around make zaxby look bad as bleep!!!

1st they leave out my paid for piece of toast...i remind them about that with my receipt for the last order & then they forget my paid for cole slaw on my next order. Ill slow all the way down from going here too often since im easily forgotten??Updated Feb.7th, 2022 & 9-22-22: they can not get an order correct to save their franchise, name , company or lives. I honestly do not understand why they can not understand how to simply give the customers what they ask for & not make any assumptions on what they think they asked for. This isn't rocket surgery people, dam??Last Update: 2-15-2024I made 1 simple request..No Salt On The ?'s. I honestly believe that they didn't do as asked on purpose.?on double?s was wasted...we couldn't eat them? This particular restaurant refuses to do or give any orders as it's customers asks for. Since its opening it has not improved...truly sad??
Waited 30+ minutes for our food. Went inside the restaurant because we thought it would be quicker than the drive through, it was not. The ice machine did not work, the menus were not working on the TV screens, over half of the drink options in the coke free style was not available. All of the tables were disgustingly dirty inside. Save your time and go anywhere else.

My food tasted like it had been cooked in smoke..... I drove over 45 minutes just to get Zaxbys and my food was below sub-par. I absolutely love Zaxby's but my experiences at this location have not been good ?

they just give you whatever sauce they like, not what you ask for. you ask for wimpy sauce you're gonna get atomic hot. you ask for bbq you're gonna get ranch. You pay extra for salad dressing and they send you zaxbys sauces. I have only eaten at the zaxbys in conway before this and they were PERFECT. Too bad the one where i live is awful

The soda machine broken/"choices unavailable". The salad dressings were missing from both salads although we waited 15 extra minutes waiting on the vinegarette. Had to go back for forks to eat the Salads. And the miniscule funnel cake was made last week. But the staff was friendly.
The lady at the window was extremely nice. I will only go to this Zaxby's. The last experience at a different location turned my like into a strong dislike for this business. But she redeemed it. Thank you ma'am for excellent customer service. 100 stars in this review.

I have to give this location all my gratitude. I caught them about to close up like real close and they prepared my meal without any problems. And it was fye..best location.
It’s fine. Every time I come, it seems like the drive thru closes early. When I pulled around to go into the lobby, someone unlocked the door.If the hours have changed for the drive thru or lobby, it would be nice to see it reflected on the door or Google so I don’t bother the employees.Feels kind of backwards to have the drive thru closed an hour before closing or more every night.
