And there is the added bonus of the show. Watching these folks perform this right in front of you. It’s like a ballet with a waffle if you want one. Think about it. The waitress takes your order, never got mine wrong. Never gives the paper to the cook. Just calls it out. And this is going on with all the multiple orders getting called out. And they never get it wrong. Amazing.“
