Wow! Stopped in at this little food truck park in Lowell for the first time today. Quite a variety of trucks here. Papi's immediately caught my eye with the fresh clean appearance of their truck and clear menu posted along with very appealing photographs of their menu items. The staff was especially friendly and offered up suggestions and descriptions of the food items. I opted for a couple of the fried fish tacos and a tall Mexican coke. The tacos had a generous portion of crispy battered fish along with a very flavorful and fresh slaw served with a spicy sauce(if you ask). The tacos were excellent! Best I've had since my toes were in the sand down in Cabo!! I will be back!!
