On May 13th, 2024, I waited over 25 minutes to place an order as employees were loitering both in the parking lot and inside the store, Despite my efforts to seek assistance, the employees made it clear they were unwilling to help, saying the pending shift change as their excuse. This display of unprofessionalism and inefficiency was highly disappointing.

This location has changed significantly from when it first opened. I noticed a drop in food quality and the level of service from my last two visits, which were March 28th and April 3rd, 2024.On the March 28th visit, I ordered through the drive-thru a beef and cheddar sandwich and a drink. I got all the way home 10 miles away and discovered they gave me a chicken sandwich.On the April 3rd visit, I ordered the same thing again. A beef and cheddar sandwich and a drink. I got my food and peeked in the wrapper to confirm that it's a beef and cheddar, which it was. After getting home a few minutes later to eat my sandwich, I realized the meat was completely cold and sightly dryed out. It seemed like the meat had been sitting out for a while, and there was very little cheese, and the meat had no flavor.I don't know what has happened to this once awesome location, but something has definitely changed.
My only problem was that one Arby had order on left and pickup on right, while the other in the opposite way. I did not like being told that I was at the wrong counter, but thats okay. The food was good and staff

This is the best Arby’s I have ever been to. The servers were excellent and friendly and helpful! The food was so good. I had not been to Arby’s in years. The Ruben is excellent the staff was fantastic! It was so clean and actually pretty in the restaurant. If you like Arby’s food this one is great. Manager must be great he or she hires great people. Me and my daughter were very pleased with every aspect of the meal and restaurant. Great job Arby’s in Malvern.
