the girl taking our order had horrible communication skills and acted like we were a bother. they got our order wrong, and the food was mid, i know this is just a pizza hut but if your customer service is gonna be bad at least have great
I absolutely love Pizza Hut in Malvern. It has reopened and I have received nothing but good service since they opened well almost , The food has been awesome up until tonight. I have never been treated so so disrespectfully by customer service. I just don’t know where to begin I’m so hurt about the treatment and what’s so so sad is that The manager allowed this disrespect to go on. I called back because I had picked up a poorly made pizza, it was not cooked completely....read full review

Seriously just about every time we order it’s an hr or more before we receive it then it’s cold. Ordered our pizza online at 6:30, it’s now 7:42 I called and they said “it’s coming out now” it took an hr 1hr cook pizza? Then dude blamed it on short drivers, sounds more like to me the cooks but whatever. This is exactly why the last one didn’t last.
