We went to this location for lunch as we were heading home from a great weekend at my son's lake-house in Mountain Home. There were 5 of us, 3 had sandwiches and my granddaughter and myself got broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwiches were served but not our soup. We waited several minutes, and watched others served that arrived after us, and so my son went up to the counter to check on it and the person went to the back, was gone a few minutes, then Came back to the register to take another order, still no soup, nor did she say anything to my son about the soup he was waitng for. He said back down and we waited a few more minutes and by then the rest of the family had finished their food. We watched 2 tables of 4 and a table of 2 be served who came in after us so I went to the counter and woman came out and asked if I needed a box. I said "no we still have not gotten our soup". With and exasperated attitude, she said she was out of soup and was waiting for it warm up and it would be a couple minutes. She went back into the kitchen I could see her working on more sandwiches. No attempt to get our soup. She brought those sandwiches out and served them, and by this point i was still standing by the counter and she did not acknowledge me waiting for our soup while she served another table their food. These people came in 30 minutes after we ordered. When she went back into the kitchen, she took a bag of soup from the cooler (so she really was in the process of preparing as she has said) and poured up a couple of bowls, put one in microwave, the proceeded to her sandwich counter to prepare more sandwiches. She then turned around and put the other bowl in the warmer and finally she served our soup. there was not bread or crackers in the bag and the menu showed bread with the soup. The soup was also lukewarm, not even remotely hot. We didn't ask for our bread nor complain about he cold soup because by this point, we'd been in the store a long time and we just wanted to eat and get out. There was no apology for the wait, EVER. The store was very shorthanded and busy and I can understand they will be slow to get everyone served. But what is unacceptable is to serve more than 12 customers their food, not including the drive thru orders that were served, while leaving two customers without their food, who came in after the customers that were being served. This is inexcusable and poor customer service. I will also add, we were also very gracious and never gave attitude even though we were treated with terrible customer service by the staff on duty.

I really wanted to like it! Was so excited they have GF options for sandwiches and pizza. However the GF versions of both are almost half the size but more money. I did the pick 2 and both the sandwich and pizza were good but soooo expensive for the amount due to the GF. Husband got a sandwich meal and said it and the salad was good. His sandwich on a regular bun was much bigger then mine!Again super expensive, still a $2 upcharge each for the pizza and sandwich even though I got halves of each! I probably won't stop again as paying $35 for 2 meals is not my idea of "fast food" prices and with 1 meal being barely enough for 1 person? No thanks but good try.

$30.00 for two mediocre sandwiches and drinks....not worth the price!!! Plus employees were masked up which I hate. Won't be back.

Schlotzskys is a great break from the usual burger joints. Their bread for their buns is so wonderful. All of their sandwiches are great. I crave their turkey original but rarely have a location closer than 100 miles so this was a real treat. Love their broccoli cheese soup too!

Ordered a #5 Smoked Turkey Breast combo from the drive thru. Got home and it was a Roast Beef and Cheddar with some kind of sauce. Called to complain and the girl wanted me to make a new order. I hung up. I wasn't going to order anything else for them to mess up.

I saw the girl in the back. She looked like she was done making her last sandwich throwing the ingredients onto my sandwich! But it was very good.

For my first time having been to this eating establishment, it was very delightful. The employee who took our order recommended the French dip so I got it and it was just amazing, better than Arby's French dip. I highly recommend schlotsky's if you have alot of cash to

The place was very clean and smelled like fresh bread. Food is good and plenty, service a bit slow and prices too high.

Cold soup with hard, un-chewable, hunks of something in it . No crackers on the property with a sign stating supply chain issues. ? On crackers? Walmarts shelves are full of them.Employees are too busy talking in the back to come back to the counter and ask why I'm standing there.... Just looked at me and promptly ignored me. Of course the card reader asks for customers to tip their employees for nothing, which I did before getting cold soup and being ignored. There's no way this place makes it.

First time here and we definitely will be back! My daughter can't have normal breads and such and was excited to see they offered gluten free options. She ordered the bacon smoked cheesy on a gluten free bun and it was over the top delicious ??. I got the tomato basil soup and it was one of the best I have had. The restaurant was fresh and clean and the staff was friendly and quick.Bonus..., they have cinnabun!!!!
