Last 3x I've been there I've gotten wrong orders, burger was thrown together & soaked the buns. Had garlic butter burger they killed it with garlic... didn't realize there was a burger couldn't taste it. Just terrible care even for a fast food

We went today on 2/28/24We had to go and get our corrected food after it was wrong. Well we placed an order as well, the person who took our order was extremely rude for no reason. And we mentioned it to the girl Izzy who brought us our food and all she had to say was “sorry it’s cold, and we have people who are still learning”. Our experience makes us not want to come back ever! Rudest people ever there!

Alright, so I asked for a simple change to a meal, fries instead of an onion ring and the toast. That's it. I was So nice about it! I even tipped the waitress $6 for a $17 order.I apologized for being "a pain" for requesting the substitution, but we never eat fast food and I wanted my son to enjoy the meal.When I got home, not only was the order completely wrong (we received the meal as-is), but we found a hair and we THINK spit on the sandwich (could be wrong on the latter). I took a picture of it and didn't eat tonight.Update:Sonic contacted me and will be investigating the security footage. So I will update if I was incorrect about the spit (if I find out). The Manager was very nice! I appreciated the call. They are Very strict with their employees about this sort of thing. If it did happen, I don't think it will in the future. They did offer to compensate me, which I appreciated.I have increased my service star rating because of the response from Sonic.I will say this, their Snickers Blizzard is exceptional! Although, you really need to request extra Snickers, or you will only get a few little pieces. You'll have to pay for the extra.
