Christine, manager was absolutely horrible to a 10 yrs old child trying to place an order and when the mom complained, she was told never to come back to the store.

We already strongly dislike Subway in general but this was one of the few delivery options to our hotel. The website just wouldn't let us place an order and then we called this location 5+ times and they never answered.

Bazaar Playground

I’ve come to this Subway so many times, and it’s always good service and a laugh with the workers! They are so attentive, that when I ordered my usual through the app, I forgot to add my banana peppers, they recognized my name and added them to my sandwich for me! Stellar service! (I like lots of mustard so yes it looks messy lol)

If u have time to lean you have time to cleanVery disgusting high chairs. I sanitized the one I used for my son and the wipes was dirty afterwards. There was dried up food in the other one and the young woman working the register was on her phone.

Terribly rude young lady at the register that answered very sharply when i asked about the dressing choices. When we requested water glasses she hatefully answered “i was just getting them” which she wasn’t she had already walked away. She then slammed them down on the counter. I didn’t get her name i was pretty shocked and immediately left the restaurant.It was a female working the register at this store at 6:15 pm. I wont be back, i experienced rude employees here over three years and decided to try again when given a gift card. Very sorry to feel the need to post this on any restaurant, we need as many as we can get., but this was very upsetting and I think the owner would want to know. 9/15/21

Average Subway experience and friendly enough staff, but let’s DO BETTER! 7% of Subways closed during the pandemic and a DIRTY store is no way to stay in business. Keep it impeccably clean and TRASH FREE inside and out. And while I understand the window sign saying that your toaster oven is inoperative, there’s NO EXCUSE for running out of peppercorns (and no, team members, the answer is NOT for me to open a packet of ground pepper!). Have a backup plan for both expendables and broken equipment!

Ordered a Turkey bacon and guacamole through the app.Picked it up. Got home.It has NO guacamole on the sandwich! Why?What a rip off!
