Chicken was cooked in old burnt oil. They hadn't even started on my order when it said ready for pickup. Employees were too busy bad mouthing a drive thru customer who was asking how long it would take and making fun of her for saying she had to hurry back to her disabled mother. Cracking jokes about how this KFC is slow food and they don't care how long people wait. I was pretty appalled.

If I could give them a negative star, believe me, I would I went through drive-through paid for my meal. He told me to pull into an empty slot and bring it out. I waited over 45 minutes for him to bring the vehicle next to me their food, and remember that I was there, I told him I got the 12 piece chicken meal with two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and mac & cheese when I got all the way home we had no mac & cheese we had coleslaw instead the chicken looks like they got it from the bottom of the barrel I’ll nasty and everything, so not worth it and we never go back to KFC in Nashville Arkansas ever again The service sucked, so did the food

Came through and spent nearly $40 on 3 meals only for all of them to have something wrong. My famous bowl had ZERO gravy in it. Just a dry bowl of mashed potatoes w chicken corn and cheese. My 2 piece meal should have had mashed potatoes and instead I was given cole slaw and my 3 piece meal only came with 2 pieces and was missing my green beans. One or two mess ups i understand. But every single menu item I ordered was a little ridiculous.
