Was going there tonight, the night before my birthday, with some friends. My friends got there about 15 maybe 20 minutes before us and were able to get in. When we arrived and were walking to the front door, the lady who I'm guessing is the manager walked out to tell us they already made last call even though the sign and the website says they were open until 12 which was in almost another 2 hours. We texted our friends inside to let them know we couldn't get in cause they had already made last call. One of my friends asked the bartender and the bartender said it was OK to let us in so our friend opened the door for us. Then the manager came by again with her attitude barking about how they had already made last call. We asked why if the sign on the door and the website both say they close at 12am. She said that they had been slow all day and they can close early on slow days and its not up to the bartender to let us in. So I guess closing early is better than making a lot of money from 5 paying customers. We couldn't get in and our 3 friends that were already inside left. Maybe that attitude is why they aren't very busy!

I’ve been at bar louie twice since l moved to north Little Rock during the weekend, drinks need a little bit of work. Food is really good, our waitress Kellie did a 20/10 job is she is your waitress please make sure to tip her good she does an outstanding service job and we appreciate that.

it was very loud in there when I arrived. lots of obscenities and then the cops came. when I asked for the bill I was just quoted a number verbally. I questioned the amount then he reduced it. I want a physical receipt to view. I will not go there again until that place makes big changes. I did NOT feel safe

Our server was great! She was spot- on with greeting us, taking our order, and getting us other things we asked for.The atmosphere was fine...not great, not bad... we were there at 4pm on a Thursday...The cheese curds were quite tasty, the guacamole lacked flavor, I didn't care for the salsa (I'm not a fan of the Chipotle flavor) the queso was ok...what was a bit concerning was when someone else's calamari was brought out of the kitchen and passed our table... the smell was awful (and I'm a fan of calamari). I gagged. It was bad. We finished our drinks and left.

Don't get the trio dip the guacamole doesn't have any Seasoning its just plain guacamole with tomatoes and the serving size is definitely not worth the price. Also they don't clean their dishes I got dirty dishes to eat on.

Came in for a solo dinner at the bar. There were 3 floating bartenders but service was a little slower so don’t be in a hurry. First time I’ve seen a server vape behind the bar during dinner time.Definitely upscale decor for Little Rock but turns “clubby” at 8pm. Watch out for people cutting across the parking lots.The BBQ chicken flatbread and tomato basil soup hit the spot.Vegetarian options: “Impossible” optionsParking: Collocated with a mall so hundreds of spotsKid-friendliness: Don’t bring kids here during late evenings

I stopped in for lunch today. First time visit for me. The grilled cheese and tomato basil soup was delicious! I highly recommend it. The waitress was also very pleasant and caring. Great first visit.
Bar Louie has horrible waiter service and does not give accurate information on happy hour. Had to get our own utensils, Olives were cheese stuffed for a Martini and my guest had to specifically ask for the olives because they were not in his drink. Never revisiting.

this place is like the last place on my list and almost stress to go to. it's Litterly just somewhere to go because all other options are closed. the environment is horrible no one is ever there. it's just boring. just not a place to if your just trying to chill and vibe. good for a quiet work space tho.

Good Vibes, but to expensive to get in , I guess it was First Friday. We just came to eat and leave, but still had to pay like we were staying to party. If I didn’t have someone with me from out of town. I definitely wouldn’t have stayed to eat! But the food was good.

This location is hit or miss. Either the food isnt good but the drinks are awesome, or the food is awesome and the drinks are terrible. This particular visit, food GREAT, drinks sucked, and we went for happy hour, specifically for the drinks this time. One of the saving graces was our waitress, Kellie. She was AWESOME! Very attentive! The other saving grace is that there just so happened to be live music!
