I called in an order. They told me 15 minutes it ended up being 50min. I got home and realized my order was incorrect. I asked for hot lemon pepper. They gave me hot buffalo lemon pepper and the fries are burnt. And I feel like the cashier knew my order was incorrect because of his body language.

We have been getting our superbowl order here every year for the past 10 years or more. Every year we drive 46 miles to pick them up. We never had a problem until today. We received the wrong order. They where so spicy we could not eat them. First we where offered a refund. Then the manager told the employee to give us a discount on our next order instead. When i asked to speak to the manager she said that she was to busy. Then I asked to speak to the owner and was told he was at the Little Rock location. Called the little Rock location and was told he was not there and he would not be back. We will never be back. As a business owner myself I know your employees can make or break you. The customer service is horrendous and the food was inedible.

Ordered honey mustard wings for the super bowl got them home and they were coated in buffalo sauce so hot that they could not be eaten. Called and asked to speak with the manager Bill Walker at the Little Rock location. He was not in however he could be heard in the background. Would not refund the money for the order nor would they issue a credit for the purchase. Check your order before you leave.

I had order at 10 piece lemon pepper meal with fries and drink and it was well worth very good.
Fish was great, server and cook worked hard to ensure I was taken care of. Area is sketchy but they did there best to get me hot food fast. Fries were ok.

The quality of the chicken wings used are horrible! There were multiple pieces with dark spots and broken bones. The wings were still clucking with feathers!2. I requested well done/extra crispy wings yet they were gummy instead.3. They gave me tartar sauce instead of ranch with my wings.4. The rolls were stale.5. Those shoestring cut fries should not be their go to for a wing spot!6. The sauce had a burnt after taste.7. They were out of pink lemonade.8. The place screams FILTHY!

I requested well done/extra crispy wings yet they were gummy instead.3. They gave me tartar sauce instead of ranch with my wings.4. The rolls were stale.5. This place has really went down hill. I just visited today shortly after 5 asked for some extra sauce and got a punishment. Sauce everywhere all over my roll and ranch dressing. So basically the cook got mad because I asked for extra sauce and put so much sauce in there that it leaked all in the car everywhere..
