So chuck E. Cheese is the place to go if want pizza and birthdays but if you want something cheap don't go here why? Because first I bought 2 large pizza pizza's and it cost 60.00 dollars and the worst part is I bought a pepperoni pizza and the pepperoni cost to be on there ?. But that is not all because while I was waiting for my pizza my son got bored and wanted to play so I went to buy a card and turns out the card don't cost much but the credit cost about a personal pan pizza and that's 20.00 dollars for 30 minutes that's is a shame but that's all I have to say.

The manager, Amber, was fantastic. She went above and beyond for our family. Her kindness was priceless during a very difficult time. Many thanks, again.

So we were pleasantly surprised at how much this location had changed within the year! Last time we went, it was horrible and no games were even working. However, this time was AMAZING!! It was very clean and all the games were working perfectly! Service was awesome, too!!!

Took my 4 year old grandson, and half the games he used his card on did not work but charged him points. Kids would just sit on the popular games and not be playing them. Pizza was ok, little on the salty side grandson said it was OK. Chucky was about as enthused as you would expect a teenager kid dancing with toddlers would be... not very.

Fix the games!!! Never fails that at least 3 don't work. I tell the workers and nothing changes. Chuck e cheese photo ride won't do the picture. Willy crash (kids favorite) froze and never worked. I saw some guys working on games but most were in poor condition.

Super happy with our birthday party experience. Our server took care of everything we needed. Facilities were clean and bright and the games were so much fun for the whole family. We'll definitely be back next year for the next birthday.Kid-friendliness: Love the safety of having kids and parents marked with blacklight dye. Felt really nice to know my kids would be checked when leaving to ensure they were going home safely.

It's missing so many games and it's sad. Like the limit on games breaks my heart but my toddler had a decent time and won a few small toys.

Always great service I need a small coleslaw for hotdog I was having at home and since I only need a little amount they just have it to me. It really is the small thing that means the most to me . I love the rib tip and

Highly Disappointed with our visit today. My little ones love Chuck E Cheese and usually are not ready to leave. However, this trip was much different. Pizza and Cheese sticks were delicious and cooked to perfection as usual. My issue is with the abundance of broken games. There were several games that were not working at all in addition to multiple games that did not work properly. Even the Chuck E Cheese car that takes pictures at the end would not print the picture. One of the rides in the smaller play section moved and the lights worked but the screen remained completely black the entire time. My daughter rode on the helicopter ride that was supposed to lift up and down and move side to side. It lifted up and tilted all the way to the left side only, so far that she nearly fell out if she want strapped in. She jumped out of is scared it was going to tip over or she would fall out. It never went back down back into place. I told a staff member I wouldn't let anyone else ride it and Im just pretty sure it was not supposed to lean that far to one side. He just looked at me and rocked the ride literally back and forth until it went back down into place and waked off. I feel this store makes enough revenue to get some of these games and rides fixed properly. We most definitely will not be returning for a while. It takes the fun out of the experience and seems to be a waste of money when there is so many broken games and rides.

Pretty good way to waste an hour. Value is pretty decent for keeping kiddos entertained. A lot of the games were broken or out of order but that's to be expected.

For a Wednesday, when we went, it was a basic experience. Many of the games/attractions were not operational, so we were limited. (About 1/4 were out of order). Food is good, just ridiculously priced. Eat before you go. Staff was nice enough. I didn't really need any assistance. It's not Chuck E. Cheese it used to be.

By far the worst experience. The entire staff was rude, unfriendly, and clearly did NOT want to work! Do not recommend it at all!
