The waitress acted like weird. She would refill everyone drink except my sister. She sent manager over to our table . When we asked for more bread she sent manager again. She was just very rude.

Not sure where to start. Bad service, bad food, dirty table & chairs. Multiple requests for things, requiring getting up and getting it myself. It would have been better to go to McDonalds, which should be no comparison.

This was the worst meal and service I have ever encountered. They swear by their fried chicken and tonight they were out of chicken, also out of tomatoes for the salads. We all ordered other items. I ordered breakfast, coffee and toast. They brought the toast out 20 minutes before the breakfast and forgot the potatoes. I asked for coffee three times b4 she finally brought it. As she brought our food out instead of walking to each person to deliver their plate, she reached across the table of six to hand us a hot plate. One of our group ordered chicken fingers and got some type of chicken breast although they said they didn’t have fried chicken. They said they would exchange it but it would be 30 minutes. She just ate what they gave her. My wife ordered fried catfish and it came out swimming in grease, she returned it and went with no dinner. We had to ask for more coffee and water. I might add we had to wait for 45 minutes to get seated and then another 45 to get our food after we ordered. Nobody working was in any hurry although the place was busy, and they joked about the fact things were wrong and the wait was so long. Very disappointing for a chain that depends on reviews for business.

Waited for 10 minutes to be seated & 20 minutes for a server. After no one showed, asked to talk to the manager. Lady at the front register requested manager & did not acknowledge that he or she would be there shortly. Not worth our time to deal with improperly train personnel.

We (party of 2) arrived 04/20/24 at 6:30 pm and were text at 6:50pm that our table was ready.We sat for TWENTY MINS without an acknowledgment or even a “Hello, I’ll get to you ASAP”!! They were NOT busy and had many other empty tables, some which sat uncleaned.Upon notifying the “manager”, who looked lost and dumbfounded, we opted to walk out and seek a meal elsewhere.

CB has been our favorite for years, however, no longer. Changes to menu and quantity of servings no longer true. Sunday homestyle chicken my favorite. No longer have Premium Sides.

The food was hot and good...much better than the last time we visited....we laughed at that tiny serving of ham.....the waitress called it a "sample" size....hmmm....I don't recall ordering a sample of ham.

Cracker Barrel is one of my all time favorite places to eat at. As far as good soul food, regardless of what meal your eating. It's bumped the Golden coral 2-3 spots back in the line. Half of the reason is because their food is so good. The other half is the gift shop. There's enough in the gift shop that if their busy to max that the gift shop can keep you busy & occupied enough, which usually isn't more than 15min, until they got you a table ready and waiting with your name wrote on it. But I'm so glad, along with lots of other people I'm sure, are so glad that cabot is getting a cracker barrel.

Our food was hot and delicious. I got the roast beef which was fall-apart tender. Stephanie, our server, was very attentive and friendly. The one complaint I have about this restaurant is that it is a very loud place to eat at. It's hard to hear the person who is sitting directly in front of you talk. However, I do always enjoy browsing in their country store. They have so many whimsical and unique items to choose from that I almost always leave with something new to display in my home or garden.

I stood in Cracker Barrel waiting on a doordash order for over 20 minutes with no updates. After the cashier got tired of looking at me and the other gentleman who was waiting, she called to ask about the orders. She for no response. One of the other people working in the front had to go back to the kitchen to see what was going on. After 25 minutes, I was told that the chicken and dumplings that my customer ordered was out. And then they asked me to reach out to the customer to see if they wanted something different. After waiting on my customer to reply, she asked for country fried steak and white gravy which I also have to wait for them to cook. So I have been waiting on this store on an order for over 40 minutes now and as I’m writing this review, I still haven’t gotten my order. This is beyond ridiculous. No one should be treated like this, regardless of if it is a 3rd party delivery driver standing in for the customer or if it is the customer their-self. There has been no apology issued for the wait or anything. I am beyond upset about this.

Our waitress didn't bother to even do the bare minimum of her job, asking other severs to get more coffee, go boxes, and actually felt like we were a total inconvenience for our primary server, obviously we were because I had to ask other severs to assist me. From one waitress to another, she needs to figure out how to be more efficient and helpful to the person paying your tips! I've never been treated so horribly at any Cracker Barrel until this past visit to North Little Rock location.
