Ordered a pizza that never came and when i called they kept me on hold for 40 mins, when they finally picked up, they not only didn't solve the issue but hung up on me and put me back on hold, i wouldn't recommend this Domino's store.

This location has repeatedly made errors on my order. Most recently on Sunday, 1/14. I emailed customer service and still haven't heard back from the franchisee. Therefore, I'm deleting my Domino's account and we're ordering from a truly local pizzeria.

New Year’s Eve 2023 I found a big ugly hair in my pizza!!! Called twice the next day and was left on hold for a long time but no response. Drove to Domino’s and was treated poorly by a hateful young woman. Said she couldn’t help me. So I’m in the parking lot now waiting on the manager to hopefully get a refund. I brought the pizza back to the store. Customer service is bad! Food is not good either! Time for a change in Pizza places! Domino’s used to be pretty good! SAD!!!!

I was waiting on the phone for 20 minutes!!! Never reached a soul. This is not the first time either. Went down to order in and all the employees were messing around 2 playing on there own phones. I asked why the phone wasn't being answered she flat out told me "oh were just not answering the phone anymore." How is that any way to run a business!! If you don't take phone orders don't list it as an option. Unacceptable! Some one needs a staff turn over quick.
