The food is horrible there was done marrow in the deli cut meat. The service always gets my order wrong i ordered brownies and got a rice Krispy. Honestly boring atmosphere. Asked for mayo on my sandwich and there was nothing but weird, unidentifiable moisture despite my meat being horribly dry. 2 hours after the food I ate the weird after taste was still there. And lazy workers now, I don't like to be rude to servers, but they were rude and condescending. Overall bad service. Oh and did I mention it selt horrible.I want to never come again. Just horrible, I strongly recommend not coming here. Deplorable.

this place is getting extremely unprofessional 4 teenagers working the front , none in uniform on their phones while making our order , some of them in pajamas and crop tops, i’m sorry but i don’t want belly button lint on my sandwich thank you very much , this is absolutely ridiculous. one of them had on a hat but the other three had long hair that was not put up or in a hair net or anything. the building and the service was good but they really just seemed unprofessional.

I came here on my lunch break today and the guy that was there, was prepping food and didn't once greet me or let me know he would be right with me. He kept prepping the food and acted liked I wasn't standing there at the register. Another lady walked in and he did the same to her. She then asked him if he was the only one working and she wasn't given a response. I stood there for 3 minutes before I decided to leave and go somewhere else. Even if you're busy or the only employee there at the time, you still don't ignore or provide bad service to the customer. Say something. Probably will not return.

Walked in. Looked at the menu for a couple minutes while the employees were making sandwiches. Get to the register and the employee says “oh the receipt machine is broken and won’t be fixed until tomorrow so we aren’t taking anymore orders tonight.” Like it’s an hour before you close and I don’t need a receipt if you give me my food. Next time tell people when they walk in instead of wasting their time!

I used to love this place and wouldGo for work lunch. I've tried twice in the past month and the food quality has declined and the service is sub-par. That blonde lady behind the counter carries a chip on her shoulder. No. I didn't have a conflict and I wasn't a Karen, but overheard comments and such. Two of us in the store. Food has decreased in quality and zero attention to detail (I did ask for no pickle and extra cheese and got a pickle and no extra cheese-despite the extra charge). I think this was my last visit since the owners aren't paying attention. I guess I'm looking forward to that new sandwich shop now. A dang shame.
