We ordered from the Great Wall Chinese restaurant in North Little Rock Arkansas the customer service on the phone was rude the lady hung up on me the prices on their takeout menu are not the right prices the prices are apparently $2 more than what is on the takeout menu when we received our order at the motel room no forks or napkins were included in our order when my husband opened his pepper steak the steak is nothing but trimmed fat no steak meat at all I will not recommend this restaurant to a pack of dogs if I could give this negative Stars I would

Staying at a local hotel ordered from Great Wall. Delivery was on time, the food was hot, it was plentiful, and delicious. Even the extras I requested all arrived, which a lot of times isn't the case from other places.

So very disappointing. I was here for training at Camp Robinson. I was told "The Great Wall delivers." So I thought I'll order in one night. That night came and I wished it hadn't. I ordered Gen Tsos chicken with fried rice and 2 egg rolls. I was told I need to spend $4 more to meet minimum for delivery. Ok let's go with chicken wings. Cash or credit? I say cash. He says $29.90 and 45 min thanks. I let it ride as I'd missed chow anyway. Food arrived in 30 min so I thought great I'll give extra tip. Paid and tipped driver and he left. That's when I realized they added gas charge(which I assumed given the $30 tab) AND a $5 tip into bill. Neither charge were told upfront. I get a delivery/gas charge but to include both and not disclose them upfront was just sh**ty. Then to top it off it was literally the blandest GTso chicken and fried rice ever. Egg rolls were ok and wings also good. I have learned my lesson. Will not be ordering again on any future visit.

Decent food but they don't honor their menu prices. The menu says $15 minimum and they jacked it up to $20 and they add a mandatory tip
They are efficient and delicious. Always willing to go the extra mile to keep their customers happy.

Fast service easy in and out. Large portions that we made 2 meals out of for each of us.
