Came to Arkansas for first time in my life . Came out Monday to get breakfast . Not a bad experience until leaving . Checked company gift card for work after eating . Found that my gift card balance starting with 138.00 had a balance of zero after leaving . Card was used on eBay and PayPal . Manager told me “oh this happened with someone last week ‘ Evening manager laughed about it over phone when I called . Ended up with no money to eat with while on work training . Reached out to GM , nothing . Managers did not help or really care . Corporate no response either . Save your money and go to a honest place to eat and not get scammed!!!

This is probably the worst dining experience I have had and usually I let things go.There was no greeting when we walked in, and it took forever for us to get someone to even order. Staff seemed to not know what they are doing and not seemed to care. Our orders came out wrong and we have to ask or remind them for every little thing.

Waitress was absolutely a doll! Made sure we had everything we needed and stayed on top on everything. The food however was little to be proud of. Bacon was chewy, eggs were luke warm, hash browns were disappointing. None of the plates of food were hot just luke warm it was like they were sitting under a hot light for a while. So sad. We just moved here and thought we would try it out for my daughters birthday however it was a bad idea
Hashbrowns were like a brick. Cold and hard. Service was great. I guess it just depends on the chef. I've eaten here before and the food was good.

I had to pass through their parking lot full of rude people in order to get to the restaurant next door.Two different vehicles almost hit my big red truck when they backed up without looking. And of course, it was my fault.Give them a shot, it's a chain restaurant so you know what you are likely going to order and what it's going to taste like.Enjoy,James

I DO NOT recommend eating at this franchise location. The service was poor, and neglectful. We never received refills on our drinks and felt like we were an inconvenience when asking for things.This establishment definitely struggles with cleanliness- our coffee mugs had old lipstick and the silverware was not clean.But most importantly, the quality of the food was SIGNIFICANTLY lacking. I ordered the poblano omelette and there was a complete lack of meat & the peppers were almost mush from being overcooked and reheated.We love IHOP, and it’s clearly an issue with this location and the staff.

The food was great. The best part was Gabby's wonderful service. She was great with a warm bubbly personality. She made sure we had everything and made some wonderful suggestions. Promote her before she gets away.Vegetarian options: Mostly just sides. The do have impossible sausage though.Dietary restrictions: They have some gluten free options.

The food was decent. BUT for what I ordered, which was a spicy poblano omelet with pankcakes and a side of strawberries , I didn't get much meat on it, and the strawberries werent even served. As for the sever , the server was absolutely horrible . There was a 17 mins wait and that just to introduce herself and take drinks . She didn't remember most simple tasks that were asked , and had an intimating attitude . The food was decent other than lack of ingredients, but the service was thumbs down for sure !

Our visits the past few times to this location have been horrible. My wife placed an order togo and when she went to pick it up, someone told her they would be out with her food shortly. She waited 15 minutes and eventually went inside to ask about the food. The woman behind the counter handed her the food, didn’t apologize and had an attitude. By the time my wife received the food, it was cold. When we got home, half of the order was incorrect. I ordered a spinach omelette and got the complete opposite… a meat omelette. My drink wasn’t filled last 3/4. We used to love coming here but something has to change.
