Went here for dinner with my wife. First time at this Chili's since the pandemic started. Very disappointing. Asked the waitress what beers they had on draft, and she told me all the taps were out of order, and that I would have to order a bottled beer! So my bonus son and I ordered online and did not have the experience I was expecting. All flavors of the wings were wrong and there were only 2 orders!! It was as if they opened a box of boneless wings from Kroger and put them in a to go plate and called it good. Food was cold and flavorless. I do not recommend it at all, beyond unacceptable!!
Well over all waiting for the food was not an issue they got me my food quickly not any complaints there, but how can you mess up an online order! When getting home and opening my food found out everything was wrong the wings were cold the fries soggy and the cold wings where either the wrong flavor or didn't even have any flavoring!
