TERRIBLE!! I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN...I neverrr leave bad reviews because I dont make a big deal out of stuff like this because I know it was probably busy and it wasnt certain employees faults.But this was not it I ordered my food through the app and I also ordered a drink with my food. I had a co-worker pick up my food because I dont have a car and I got my food...the potato was solid in the middle like it wasn’t cooked long enough, THAT POTATO WAS 15 DOLLARS.Then I called and told them they forgot my drink and it wasn't a big deal but just wanted to see if I could get my money back on the drink so I could get a drink somewhere else and and I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR 30 MINUTES WAITING FOR THE MANAGER IT TOOK MY ENTIRE BREAK and when I did get in touch with the manager they said it would take like a month or to two to get it back and at that point I was like nah can I pick it up later than they said no so I was like it's ok dont worry about it AS SOON AS I GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THEM THEY TRIED TO CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN FOR 15 DOLLAR FOR THE POTATO THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR!! THEY TRIED CHARGING MY CARD LIKE 5-6 TIME GOOD THING MY CARD WAS LOCKED BUT THATS REDICULOUS AND I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY HAVE GOING ON. MY FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER EATING THERE!

The salad bar here is AMAZING! One of the few places you can still get a salad bar! I ordered the manager's special which is a half of a sandwich and a side. I upgraded to the salad bar and didn't regret it for a second. The rueben was so big I couldn't get my big mouth around it. The meat was so tender it melted in my mouth. Great place.
We had an emergency catering order needed and we needed it within 30 minutes for 25 people. I contacted the NLR location and asked Chris what he could do for us. He told me he could get me two sandwich platters, chips, and two pastas ready in 30 minutes. I arrived at the expected time and he had everything ready for me! He and his crew and Cynthia saved the day for me and my agency! Thank you NLR crew! You are the best!

I love this place. Maybe my favorite cold weather lunch stop in central Arkansas. Love their sammiches, and their soups. Love the tiny cornbreads that you get on the salad bar. Hate that they started charging for the little cornbreads. Love that they don't watch when i sneak a few in my bowl from the bar. Hate that they caught me. Love that the manager said "its ok!"

I haven’t been here in over a year or more, but wow have they improved!! Very clean the salad. Salad Bar was nice. The service was great and especially the cashier. I came at lunchtime. Around 11 o’clock on a Saturday. Last time I was here I had decided not to come back for a while, but they have definitely corrected themselves and now they are a great place to eat. Sorry for the slight negative note, but I do this so people will improve. I saw the bus guy push some stuff dropped on the floor to the side instead of getting a broom. But I’m still giving the restaurant five stars..
