Ordered a large to go order for the fam for lunch today- teriyaki beef, teriyaki chicken and shrimp, and shrimp and scallops all with fried rice, veggies, salads, a few California rolls and an order of gyoza. Y-U-M!! Food was delicious! Kan Pai is open during lunch on Saturdays so it is a good time to order the cheaper but still tasty hibachi meal!

Sat in a booth in the back. Anna the desk girl was rude. 2 other tables sat at booths at the same time and none of us were greeted for about 15 minutes. The two tables that had already ate waited 20 minutes just for their bill. Everyone that hadn’t even been greeted just got up and walked out. We all walked right past Anna and she didn’t even say sorry or anything. Worst service I’ve ever experienced and we’re supposed to be the regulars. Well not anymore..

We have eaten here a lot. Decided to eat on the other side with the booths I don’t recommend anyone do this. Service sucks. Food portions are about a quarter the size that you get from the hibachi side. Same price all around. Had 1 refill during the entire meal. Service on this side is awful. I recommend if you eat here it’s on the hibachi side.

Service and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Wasn't really happy with the food though. Under seasoned steak, if seasoned at all. The lobster was quite disappointing for $17, as it was heavily overcooked as well.I really won't go again, nor recommend it.

Good food and friendly staff, though sometimes there is a language challenge with the servers. They will accommodate any menu item to cater to the customer. The teriyaki beef is delicious. Ask your chef to add a little Sriracha when they use the teriyaki. Perfect blend of sweet and spicy.

Spacious hibachi and dine-in restaurant. Service was very polite, just not extremely timely. I ate in the dining room. Good was good, vegetables a bit burnt. I also had the Kanpai Punch, which was delicious!
