Gross! This place appears to have NEVER been cleaned! The dining area, floors, tables, bathrooms are absolutely nasty! The food was mediocre at best.My family will never be back and I’m sure no one will notice.

Let's just say they did not have their stuff together on this particular day that I went, I was informed that the truck hadn't come in on the stuff that I was ordering which was the pot pie there should never be a time where a customer should come to your establishment and you don't have your stuff

It was very expensive, for what we got, but it was also very, very good. This is soul/comfort food, and it was great taking my kids to pick up a bucket of chicken and a bunch of sides, then go home for a big meal, like my grandparents did for me and my cousins. Original recipe for the win!

Only had 3 people working so we waited 10 minutes, no hello, no " ill be with you in a moment" ..we left.I love KFC, but if something doesn't change, I see them closing doors.Both Cabot and Lonoke restaurants are not good
Make sure to check your chicken. They shorted me a piece last time I was here. Today they shorted me 6 nuggets and the sauce I ordered. Now I'm waiting outside while other food get cold for them to cook more nuggets. They were out of half of the sides. I won't be back. Other chicken place will get my money!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I Ordered a 2 pc white and a 3 pc white combo meal online on a Wed evening at 6 p.m. When my husband walked in to get food, the girl behind the counter said she had given my order to the man in front of my husband and my husband said he wanted the order that I paid for. The girl says well I gave it to him...man looks in bag and gave the food minus our 2 drinks to my husband. Husband gets home and chicken is old and burned. I am sitting in the parking lot currently waiting for a replacement after having to SHOW the mngr the burnt food. She saw nothing wrong with deeply dark brown chicken pcs. I so wish I could post pictures. Never again will I ever order from here again.

Slow service and poor cashier. Management didn't help the new staff up front (she wanted to quit). Wait time was close to 30+ minutes before getting our food. Lobby was getting full due to drive through also getting backed up.
