The manager at your store on corner of McCain and Warden road needs managerial help. While waiting on my order (inside) a customer came up and asked for 2 dipping sauces. The manager (right in front of everyone) screamed at the associate and said “how many times have I told y’all only 1 sauce”. The customer apologized. The manager then screamed at another associate about something else. She then gave me a dirty look cause I made a comment. I managed restaurants for 25+ years as a manager, GM and a district manager for over 33 stores. If I had EVER heard my manager scream and verbally abuse an employee that way they would have been terminated immediately. I never got the name and f the manager but she was a tall black lady with hair in a ponytail. I was embarrassed to even be in that store. Now my order. I asked for light salt 4 times on my order. I saw them dump new fries and the guy waiting on me told them, AGAIN, lite salt. Well they poured the salt on them. They turned and asked could I wait for new fries. I had already waited on my #7 long enough because the lobby was out of Diet Coke. Then really had a hard time getting ketsup. I told the associate she continued to berate that she want to slap that rude manager everyone in your FAMILY restaurant would understand. I know it is hard to get good workers now but at least train them correctly. I made all my managers read “The One Minute Manager” and I tested them and quizzed them at least 1-2 times monthly. Also, managerial training in etiquette is helpful. I know this won’t go any further than I reading this but I hope that of the 10-15 people (customers that have at ur salaries) step up also.

This is a 20 min drive through, I will take my business else where due to the consistent poor and slow service
