Ordered a choose two sandwich and salad for lunch. The 1/2 sandwich was good, although pretty small. The 1/2 salad was the pecanberry but there were no pecans anywhere in the salad to balance all the sweetness from the berries - it really needed something crunchy and maybe some bleu cheese crumbles to round out the flavors and textures in the salad.

The girl who took my order was not details about my order. She never gave options; she just pointed to the menu. I will not return, nor will I suggest this place to others. The bathroom had hair in the sink. The food was not worth the price. I ordered the cloud sandwich with a grilled chicken salad. The only thing I can say is that it was very quiet.

We have been to multiple McAlister's across the country and have always usually been able to depend on good quality food. This trip however was a let down.We both got the Half Spud and Half Sandwich. The potatoes tasted like they had been in a warming drawer for quite a while (dry and very hard to cut) with little flavor. The sandwiches were poorly made and hardly had anything on it. For $30 for two people (w/ waters to drink) this was a huge let down. We expected better from McAllister's.I will say the lady that helped us at the counter was very friendly.

I’ve been coming to this location since my daughters were in elementary school. They are both now grown now with families. The manager Miss Deb has been there. As long as I can remember. The thing I love about coming in is her. She’s always asked about my daughters, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service for my family when we’re dining in. Keep up the good work messed up. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE IN ADVANCE.I placed an online order at about 10:30 to be picked up at 11:40. However, when the order was placed it gave me a pickup time of 10:56. I immediately called the store to please ask them to push the order back. They essentially said that the computer automatically sets the time and they would have no way to push it back. ????I’ve worked in several food establishments growing up and this was a common request that was never an issue. They made me feel like my request to hold off on it was an utterly insane and out of this world thing to ask. It almost felt like the girl over the phone was offended I would even ask for such an inconvenience. This food was not for me and was going to be dropped off to my girlfriend for her strict lunch that starts at 12:00. Therefore, this food had to sit for an hour until she could eat it.

If you want to taste $14 of disappointment order the club and a sweet tea. Wrong bread, half as big as it should be. The rusted urine soaked trash can in the bathroom is a nice touch though.
