I had not ate Outback in a while. I went on a cruise leaving out of Orlando FL. The food was delicious in Orlando.therefore I was ready for it when I got back home to North Little Rock Arkansas. The food was terrible here. It hurt my heart rhat our restaurant could not match that in Orlando FL. I did not enjoy anything about the meal.. salad was wilted balsmic vinegarett was pasty shrimp I can't describe and steak was medium well and but still tough. Disgusted customer.

Horrible! Wish I could give no stars! Most of the salad was brown and kind of slimy looking. I bit into a piece of lettuce that literally taste the way old, dirty mop water smells. I was nearly sick! Should have left then but was with family and they were hungry. Did not want to disappoint them, but we all ended up disappointed in the end. The food took a while to come out and all of it was overcooked. Requested a medium-well steak and it looked and taste as of they had nuked it in the microwave. Very tough! (My gums still hurt from all the chewing) The potato needed more and the chicken I got was overcooked and dry as well. My mothers shrimp we tiny, overcooked and dirty looking. Her steak was tough and almost bloody. It was just a terrible experience overall. Paid and left, but called back to speak to management and Manager Chris seemed completely disinterested, but it was on brand with the experience, so no surprise there. Would NOT recommend and will NOT be back!P.S was telling a friend about the experience and they said "must have gone to the North Little Rock location!" So they clearly have a reputation

I always sit with Rachel(Sunshine) she is an amazing server. Always very nice! Gets our food out quickly! Always has our bread out fast and my husband is a fast drinker so she is always quick with his refills! Love her!Kid-friendliness: They have coloring available for the kids. And my 3.5 year old is fairly loud but I never am made to feel uncomfortable for it. Very appreciative of that!
Good spot. Food is good no matter what you get and the waitress sunshie was so nice! She got me everything I asked for very fast. I could tell she was busy but she handled business.

Outback in North Little Rock is fantastic! Christy was our server and was wonderful. Each of the delivery servers was fantastic and friendly, the food was delicious and everything was great. We will be back!
Kareem was the best waiter ever. If you go to Outback Steak House ask to be seated in his tables. You won't be sorry he was amazing

The food was delicious and tasted wonderful. Why was everything served on tiny little plates and bowls? It made everything feel small, like a small plate cafe. Bring back big boy plates. Service was terrible. Had to ask for silverware and napkins. Could not get a refill of ice tea. The server was very pleasant just not attentive.
