This place deserves so much attention as a place for high quality Creole cuisine. I have not had a bad meal here, and the service is wonderful! This is a tough location for a restaurant to be due to some lack of visibility, so tell your friends! It's an absolute gem. Their shrimp ettouffe healed my soul, and do NOT sleep on the cocktails: the Sazerac and the Creole Old Fashioned were delicious!?

Ordered from Uber Eats. Was still hot when arrived. OMG! Amazing. So flavorful. Never had grits that I liked before, but I kept getting spoonfuls of it! Rice cooked perfectly. Beans were not hard but not mushy, cooked just to the right point. Thank you for such a wonderful dinner!!!!Also the Punch and Lem'Lada were both great!!!

Hubby and I decided to try SAP’s for dinner. We were glad we did! The atmosphere was tastefully decorated with the New Orleans theme and the food was delicious! We will be back.
Everything was so good! I had the SAP punch and you can definitely taste the different fruit flavors. Then I got the Desire Shrimp Étouffée and wow! So much flavor and the right amount of spice- definitely there but I ate it all! I finished with an order of beignets and ate the whole order by myself. I was so full but I definitely want to add this place to my weekly rotation. Maumelle needs to keep this place in business! Service was great! Not sure about previous reviews- I was the only one seated but she took good care of me. They added some on-theme music and I love the table markers with the different New Orleans street names.
