I love subway and I especially love some of their newer sandwich delights they have. One of my favorites is The Outlaw and it is delicious. My husband likes the chicken teriyaki and he's not as saucy as I am with my sandwiches. The messier The better. The great garlic is also very yummy ?

I would NEVER refer anyone to this location. Amanda is a Karen. I have never received customer service so bad. Amanda was very rude and humiliated me in front of my 3 small kids. I came to this location to order a meal for myself and my kids to eat tonight. At this start of our interaction Amanda started off polite but became instantly annoyed when I asked about a split payment saying she couldn’t do that cause she didn’t know how. I told her it was ok and I would just use one method of payment. Amanda came back with the food throwing both bags at me and slamming the drive through window afterwards. I took the time to look over the food and notice it was poorly made. I honked to get her attention she mouthed something , rolled her neck, and swatted her hand up leaving me sitting at the window for over 20 minutes. When she did return to the window she had an attitude and asked “ what do you want?”, I politely asked for refund. The worker told me she wasn’t giving me a refund. I handed her back the food and stated again I wanted a refund. The worker snatched the food and said wasn’t giving me no refund and disappeared to the back with the food. I waited over another 20 mins at the drive thru window for her to return when finally I pulled outta drive through and went in to try to get the issue resolved. The worker Amanda immediately called the police fake crying before I could fully get myself and my kids through the door stated she was in fear of her life and stating I was being hostile with her. I entered the facility with 3 small children and one of which was a infant who was in a carrier attached to my chest so what threat did I pose? The worker refused to give me her name when I asked for it but told me the manger name and said that was all I need and that I didn’t need her name. Olivia the second worker tried to deescalate the situation when Amanda became hostile with her telling her basically to mind her business. She then proceeded to come back to me being rude and taunting me while on the phone with the police still lying and giving false information. As I waited there for the police the worker withheld my debit card, receipt, food, and refund. Ultimately I walked away empty handed and banned for the location all over a refund. Amanda was BEYOND rude. The level of customer service she displayed was very distasteful. she says acted on the behalf of her manager a person name Brittany who she say told her to act and say the things she said they both need to be fired. I asked the police to retrieve my debit card they said the worker said it wasn’t in there and left it at that. Didn’t even attempt to actually go into the restaurant to look for it.

I wish the owner would get Brittany some help I seen her today serve 20 customer by herself making sandwiches ringing them out all alone and nobody else in the store. Extremely good employee ? but she needs a helping hand

I work with special needs folks and we decided to go to Subway today and there is a cute semi goth chick working the counter. In just a few moments she realized my guys as special needs folk and immediately changed the usual customer routine to one more appropriate for them. She is a freaking gem!

If there was something below one star I would definitely give them. I ordered online a footlong. After traveling all the way to the store I come to find out that they messed up my order and made a 6-in. Already the Senior employee who was rude to me from the start. I asked them politely to make me a footlong sandwich. And they already have wasted my time since I have to go in the traffic and come back. Employee said that they will make another 6-in sandwich. I paid for the whole sandwich. I already tossed that 6 in sandwich and brought it in the store Infront of them. I am not eating an exposed sandwich especially during a pandemic. No way I was going to eat it. And they said that they are not going to make me a footlong. The manager was talking to the employee and she said that if the customer is not taking the 6 in he can f*** off or they will call the police on me. I tried calling the subway store so I can speak with the manager. And the employees kept hanging up and they won't pick up my phone. I left the sandwich there at the store. And now my day is going to be bad because of the worst customer experience I had to face. The employee who originally made the mistake was genuinely a nice person. But I know the weird management is going to fire that girl for making a mistake. But not punish the senior employee who was rude and would not rightfully serve me with respect. The manager should resign for being unable to handle the situation. Disgusting! I will upload the video on YouTube. Worst customer experience ever!
