This location is a dumpster fire. They never open on time. When asked what time they actually open I was told "around" eight. It was ten after and they weren't open yet and couldn't tell me when they would be. I have been there several times when they've run out of eggs for breakfast and weren't interested in making more even though it was 9 am. I've even had friends go through the drive-through at this location and were offered drugs at the window by the staff! I really hope corporate does something about this location.

Appreciate the service yall keep up the hard work. Through the good and bad of folks that roll through there on some other stuff. Just wanted to share my opinion on this place once that remodel hits this store will definitely level up . Until then get that money ? secure the bag

Food is ok as long as you don’t order late night with the last shift. They never get your order right. I believe it’s a goal of management to find people they can hire that can’t breath or make a taco at the same time without forgetting how to do one or the other.

Taco Bell on McCain is horrible. At least one employee was high. He went into the bathroom and came out reeking of weed. The tables were filthy. The tortilla shell for my bean burrito was stale. I asked for a replacement. The replacement was also stale. I ate maybe a 1/4 of the replacement and then threw it in the trash with the first one that I never touched. Will not return to this taco bell.

This place was a bit rough on the cleaning. I avoided touching anything but did sit down to eat. The food came out quickly. I think the staff had brought their kids to work with them so it was a quick and interesting meal.Parking: About 10 spots

Pretty sure they stole my husbands debit card information and went to the Arkansas State fair. The day we ordered our food they didn’t even give us a receipt and we didn’t even get half of our food. Poor service, food is good, but definitely will not be using anything but cash here.

The McCain North Little Rock location is trash. We ordered a #5, 4 supreme tacos, and a 12 pack Cinna Balls. Ate the tacos then got to the balls and discovered it was short 2 balls. Two balls! Almost $40 and you short us 2 balls?! Can y'all not count?!! How hard is it to get the orders right?!

Walked in and had to start picking up trash bc I felt bad for the establishment. Almost puked in the bathrooms. If you're serving burritos maybe maintenance in a way that's more organized. Wanted to work a weekend for a check and didn't even make it through a shift bc it was too sloppy.
