The service here is what makes this place so horrible!! The servers do not seem happy, they barely do their job and act like your The problem! For two people we spend over 100$. The food was mediocre. When service is so bad, it just ruins everything even the taste of your food . Just not enjoyable at all! When I asked for the manager, I was told they do not have one. I can DEFINITELY TELL!!!

I ordered snow crab legs and paid $18 and got crab legs as small as my finger with no meat in them. The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. I could’ve ordered regular ones for $8 and got the same. Very disappointed in it.

This place is a little hit and miss on the furniture and decor. The food was tasty but was hoping for a bit larger of a portion size (which I never seek) but I was hoping 35$ would feed 2 people.Overall, it was good.Parking: ~30 spotsKid-friendliness: No problem

This is my second time placing an order for potatoes ONLY and having to wait 45+ minutes for six small potatoes. this evening I called on the phone just to make sure that it would not be an hour wait like last time because I had to be someplace at a specific time. The person on the phone ensured that it would not take that long and that the order would be ready when I arrived. I called in at 7:20, did not receive my order of POTATOES only until after 8:00. The manager on duty then states that they do not make your order until you arrive and pay for your food. I expressed that it is an inconvenience 1. why not have a payment option online where you already take online orders and 2. why not say that online or over the phone so customers know. I also expressed that I had a scheduled exam and will now have to find a near by location because I would not make it home in time due to waiting so long for my order. no one tried to offer any kind of compensation. Simply said "sorry, yea we get a lot of complaints"
