I have never had a bad experience and the service and food has always been fantastic. I love their smoothies! The staff are great and super friendly! If you are wanting something light and fresh, go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe! If you are wanting a reprieve from the NLR heat, try a refreshing fruit smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe! If you just want something outside the ordinary…well you get it….GO TO TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE!

I had hair in my food and was told I could not get a refund on my meal which I didn’t eat. JFK shame on you. Cooperate has yet to get back in touch with me which is very poor service on their behalf. This made me sick to my stomach.
