When I ordered the dark 1/4 chicken meal, I expect them to be a full sized drumstick, not drumettes!!! This is unacceptable! These meals cost too much to get half sized portions!

There was only one car ahead of me and it still took over 10 minutes to receive my food. The employee working the window was holding up the line by conversing with the car ahead of me. When I finally approached he said "you must be ready to go." So he obviously knows he was slow. I would've driven off but there were congress in the other lane preventing me from doing so. Then he had my order wrong and all he could say was "ohhh" and shut the window. I finally received my food. It was cold and the tenders were extremely small. The cheese sauce in the macaroni tasted more like flour and water than cheese. $10 wasted

My Nephew recommended meeting here. He's a head chef and manager at a local chain, but I wasn't thrilled.I went with "THE ROOST" and was severely disappointed. Warm, but I felt like it was kinda thrown together, and messy as hell considering how dry it was. Honestly, the fries are better.I'm not nuking this place because I believe there's a niche that probably fits this place, but I'm not that niche. And I had no idea until I arrived, ordered, and ate half of the "sandwich".

I get why this place is called “Waldo’s”. Instead of asking “where’s Waldo” I asked “where’s my food”? We arrived as soon as they opened and they were out of wings. The gentleman that took my order gave my order number to the wrong person. I waited for approximately twenty minutes as I watched several people behind me get their order (all I had was a chicken strip combo). Then I finally get my order and it’s missing something. There was no accountability or acknowledgement of their error. Do better by your customers. I won’t be back though.
