My order was actually made correctly for a change, and perfect temperature. Nothing was cold and my veggies on my sandwich looked fresh. The young lady that took our order was very prefofessional and polite.As usual this location is always dirty amd messy. Never a clean table, the order counter is dirty, & the condiment area is sticky and dirty. There is no one checking the dining room regularly or cleaning it.Parking: Plenty of free parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: There are individual tables that a wheelchair can be placed.
Whoever was at the drive thru window taking orders between 1:30pm and 2:00pm today was very rude and disrespectful. If I would returned that same vibe, she would have an issue. If the GM would like to discuss in person I would open, but someone like that doesn’t need to be in customer service.

Trying to pick up a doordash, it took over 5 min to get here, and when I arrived they didn't even know they had an order. The front end clerk strolled in as slowly as can be, smelling like weed, then finally accepted the order.I'm literally the only customer here, inside or out. This place is pathetic.
I am getting tired of this location screwing up my order in the drive thru. They NEVER answer their phone. I called 4 times and got hung up on every time. It's either usually no straw, no napkins, or like this time the nuggets for my daughter. I should have went to the one on 107 and Keihl. Their slow but normally get it
