Rickt bhai, Pathetic service I have ever experienced by one of your employ 10 min ago ....guy should quit if he doesn't like working ...he not listening and doesn't know how to use coupons ..... he took 8.99 meal coupon and charged me 12.99 . When I asked him why did he charged so much...he is saying coupon is expired and lying....the old lady with him is also stupid....instead of checking the coupon she is helping the guy.....

The ONLY reason I even went to Subway was because I had a coupon, A BOGO free footlong. After making our sandwiches, they said we could not use the coupon. They said that the sweet onion sauce isn't included in that deal, I told her that it was not in the fine print, and she said the owner doesn't allow it. She started listing off things that are not included in the BOGO deal. I could tell she was just making stuff up. I should've told her to keep the sandwiches and I'd go elsewhere. $25 for 2 sandwiches...seriously?!?I will never be back.

If I owned this subway, I would be embarrassed. Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:30. It wasn’t, no big deal. They weren’t busy at all, at least only 1 other potential customer in the parking lot and they were in their vehicle. Our sandwiches were extremely messy, we had to wipe them down just to hold them, and they barely had any meat. The sandwiches are too expensive, especially since the subways in Paragould refuse to take coupons, to end up with what is essentially saucy bread. The other one up the road isn’t a whole lot better but at least there is meat on the sandwiches when ordered.

I am not one to leave bad reviews but this was probably the worst takeout order I have ever experienced. My husband and I went through the drive-thru and the young man that took our order was very rude. We pulled up to pay and he snatched the card out of my husband's hand and slammed the window. Then, after waiting 30 minutes we finally get our two subs. We were the only people in line and there was no one in the store for it to have taken that long. Finally, the young man handed us our bag without a word and again slammed the window. My husband and I got home and both are subs we're not made correctly. I can understand if the young man was having a bad day but I myself have also worked in customer service and that was just unacceptable behavior. We went back to get our order replaced and even though we had the receipt and the food in the bag, they refused to replace it.

I came in and the man who took care of the first sandwich i ordered told me it was his first day and he asked the girl working with him tori to help she seemed to basically ignore that i was there made 3 other sandwiches and didnt even acknowledge me and say be with you in a minute. Ordered off the app The lady was rude and kept arguing about the bread being toasted when it clearly didn't show to be, when I picked it up no one told me that they were out of the bread I wanted or else I wouldn't have said anything. Then she had an attitude about it being refunded cuz it was "a waste of food" then I said I wanted the right sandwich, now that they have the right bread she's complaining that she has to remake the sandwich.

Usually any subway we go to the food is great. This subway (203 E Kingshighway Paragould Ar) is the worst I’ve ever been. My wife’s sub we said no mayo. It’s got mayonnaise on it. My sub I think they poured whole bottle of mayonnaise on it. My grandsons sub is terrible so over toasted he can’t even eat it. Maybe the staff needs more training. Or better yet fired

Everything is perfect about this store. Can't order from the closer one next to the cinema in Paragould because the app states that the store isn't accepting promo code BOGOFTL (buy one, get one footlong free). Always great service and the employees there truly care about the job they do.
